Welcome into this meditation to help you to release self-doubt It's so easy to doubt ourselves and to get into a doubt spiral,
Believe that we're not able to do things,
Capable of things,
Or that things we want aren't able to come to us So allow yourself to find a comfortable position we're going to work on releasing and washing away self-doubt today So whenever you found that comfortable position allowing yourself to close your eyes and come inwards.
Seeing if you can release any tension from your neck as you come inwards as you begin to rest into the body The neck can hold so much tension.
Especially when we're in a state of feeling as though we're not seeing other options doubting yourself Our body itself can start to stiffen up as though there's limited options or as though we need to brace for failure Just seeing if your neck can just slightly soften.
Releasing that tension allowing your shoulders to drop.
Your shoulders to come away from your ears.
And soften into your body.
I'm beginning to become more conscious of your breath as you take some long deep breaths And as you're breathing,
Seeing if you can connect to your solar plexus,
That central point of the body right in the middle of your body,
Your stomach,
Above your belly button taking some long deep breaths into this space and as you're breathing i want to invite you in to imagine that your body's almost gathering up all of those old patterns.
Door.
And beliefs that you have gathered over the years.
They've caused you.
To doubt yourself.
Maybe it's been other people's opinions?
Maybe it's been beliefs that you learned growing up other people's thoughts you've absorbed.
Maybe it's been ways you've viewed your own experiences that have skewed you into thinking they were somehow worse than they were that you failed in some way or you didn't get things right Almost imagining that your whole body is almost sweeping them up into the centre,
Into the solar plexus.
It's gathering up.
All of those hidden spaces that's causing you to doubt yourself.
Recognizing that this is just simply old patterns,
Old beliefs and that it does not make any of it true where you're all allowed to get things wrong and we are all incredibly capable So I want you to keep gathering,
Keep gathering that up.
We're going to begin to bring in now the element of water.
To start to almost flush.
And cleanse and release this self-doubt.
Are beginning to imagine.
From the top of your head.
Beautiful shower of water raining down.
Feeling that cleansing water coming in through the top of your head.
As it comes down through your body.
Like a waterfall as it gets to your solar plexus.
It flushes with energy,
This self-doubt out through your body,
So all the way down to your feet.
It flushes everything out.
It's as though the water feels like a waterfall.
That moment it gets to The final part at the bottom of the waterfall as it hits your solar plexus it releases and flushes and it feels so good to allow this self-doubt to move.
It's a flash.
To no longer be stagnant in your body.
I'm going to leave you for a few moments now with this image of this shower of water,
This beautiful cleansing waterfall releasing itself down.
Beginning to notice now how your body is feeling as you're being flushing and releasing Can you feel more space in your body?
Can you feel more energy?
As you allow perhaps the image of the shower,
The waterfall to start to fade.
Remembering again the self to how is only ever in our mind It's as though we take this information in from places around us and it gets clogged in the body all of us humans are limitless really.
And we take in doubt and mistakes and other people's thoughts almost as though it's truth and that it's permanent and it isn't true at all.
You are capable.
You are capable of far more than you even realize.
And let's see together if we can not give so much time and space to self-doubt.
Because the way you could feel and the things you could invite into your life if you let self-doubt go,
You probably wouldn't even believe.
Life gets better the more we release self-doubt and the more we believe in ourselves.
Self-doubt doesn't protect us.
That is a myth.
Have the courage to believe in yourself.
So one more deep breath and allowing yourself to gently come back into the spatial inn.
Maybe rolling the shoulders back.
Wiggling the fingers and toes,
Blinking your eyes open.
And see if you can look around the room you're in.
Through new eyes,
New possibility.
