Inner Glow Up

This is a beautiful visualization that's going to help you to glow from the inside out. That radiant aura you want to give off starts from within. We'll tap into the solar plexus and ignite sunshine energy to experience the most powerful glow-up. I promise you, when you practice this meditation regularly you'll walk into any room with the most incredible energy.

Come into this meditation every time you can feel your energy has got a bit stagnant and when you are in need of feeling that vibrant energy glow up. So let's start by settling the mind and settling the body all you need to do is find a comfortable position you can be sitting up you can be laying down go with what feels good for your body today. When you found that position closing your eyes turning inwards and all we're going to do when we get there is we're going to simply take a deep breath in through the nose filling up the body filling up the lungs and exhaling everything out letting everything go. Doing this a couple more times so breathing in deeply through your nose gathering up all that stress all that tension and everything that's got a little stagnant and when you're ready breathing everything out letting everything go. Well done so doing this a couple more times and then just letting your body find its natural rhythm and allowing the body to do whatever it needs to do to feel comfortable. So we're going to start to ignite the space in the body that helps us to glow and we're going to come in our mind's eye to our solar plexus this is the point right in the middle of the body so below your chest and above your belly button that space is called the solar plexus and this is where we feel our power our energy our fire so just breathing into that space allowing your belly to move in and out and I want you to see if you can start to imagine that there is the most beautiful ball of glowing yellow energy right at the centre of your body in the centre of your solar plexus and this ball of energy is pure divine crystal energy it's as though it's got that same potency that the sunshine itself has and you start to feel it filling up your whole body with light and it feels so good it's like you've realised how much you've missed this sunshine this internal warmth this internal sunshine keep breathing keep filling your body up allow it to expand throughout the whole of your body imagining this yellow or white energy however you imagine it is filling up every cell of your body and every cell that it comes into the more glowing you are the more radiant you feel your energy your radiance your fire is coming back it's almost as though if you walked into a room right now your whole aura would be expanding it would be completely glowing I want you to hold this visualization play around with it expand it fill up and up and up with sunshine energy for a couple of moments without my voice guiding you I'm right here doing the same with you well done so let's start to bring that visualization back in so coming back into the stomach back into the solar plexus and imagining that you're almost containing all that energy back in just for you so it's potent and it's staying there in the solar plexus you're just drawing it all in almost as though you're packing it back away but knowing that you can expand it and contract it anytime you need this is you glowing this is you not needing an external glow up that we tell ourselves we need but simply switching on this internal light is all you need to do I promise you if you were to walk into a room right now you would be glowing come back to this meditation any time you want to glow up from the inside out you are incredible you can be as radiant as you need to be all you need to do is switch this energy on wiggling your fingers wiggling your toes blinking the eyes open when you're ready come back to this meditation anytime you need I'm right here glowing up with you
