Explore MeditationSasha took her first yoga class in 2001 and took her first teacher training in 2006. She has trained with Dave Porter, Steph Schwartz, Lisa Richards, Janet Stone, Rusty Wells and Ally Hamilton. For the past ten years, she has continually studied meditation, breath work, Thai massage and yoga Nidra. Sasha's vinyasa classes are dynamic, intentional, challenging, sequenced uniquely for your pleasure (and sometimes for the best kind of displeasure). Sasha, a former dancer, an avid hiker and biker, leads yoga and mindfulness workshops both locally and internationally. She loves the profound balance that the practice can help bring into people's lives. When she isn't teaching, she can be found working in technology, traveling, playing tennis (even if poorly), trying new things, and hanging out with her husband, daughter and pup.
