This non-sleep deep rest experience is meant to be practiced any time your feel in need of rest, regeneration, or a reset. Instead of applying focus attention, or sitting up straight, allow yourself to listen in a very loose and free way. Give your mind permission to wander amidst the words and sounds without judgement or critique. Sink down and then rise back up, rested and ready for what is to come.
