A space where your spirit can breathe again and return to its natural rhythm.

Go ahead and find a comfortable position,
Either sitting or lying down,
With your hands resting gently either on your lap or at your sides.
If it feels safe,
You can gently close your eyes now.
And take a deep breath in through your nose,
Allowing your body to receive.
Hold it softly and exhale slowly through your mouth,
Releasing any tension.
Take another deep breath in,
Breathing in spaciousness and quiet.
And as you exhale,
Let your body really melt into this moment.
Let your breath become slow,
Steady,
Unhurried.
Let it bring you deeper into yourself.
Let it begin to restore you.
Feel the quiet begin to grow inside you,
Like a gentle current recharging your inner battery.
Take a few extra moments to notice your breath,
Let each inhale stretch a little longer and each exhale sink a little deeper,
Let your body and breath fall into a gentle rhythm.
With each breath,
You create more space inside yourself,
More room to just be,
To pause,
To rest,
To come home.
There are no to-do lists here,
Just your breath,
Your body,
Your being.
You feel yourself beginning to settle,
Like exhaling after holding it in too long.
You are safe to rest now.
Repeat silently,
My energy matters,
I refill my cup in stillness,
I serve best when my battery is full.
And now,
Imagine your breath as a gentle tide rising and falling through you,
And slowly you are calling your energy back to you.
And when you are ready,
You can open your eyes and carry this feeling with you.
You are whole,
You are enough,
And your energy matters.
