Welcome to this gentle practice for allowing abundance into your life.
I'm Sara Senecroce and I'll be your guide today.
I'm recording this on a cold winter day from my home office in Switzerland.
If you've been feeling weighed down by scarcity or a sense of not enough,
This is your moment to breathe deeply,
Release those limiting beliefs,
And invite in trust and openness to the flow of life.
So go ahead and gently close your eyes if that feels safe and let's begin.
Start by taking a deep,
Calming breath in through your nose,
Filling your lungs completely.
Hold that breath for a moment and as you exhale,
Let go of any tension,
Any stress you might be holding on to.
And now just allow your breath to flow naturally,
Slowly,
Deeply,
And evenly.
With each breath,
Feel yourself becoming more relaxed,
More open,
And at ease.
And now bring your awareness to your body.
Feel the weight of your body fully supported by the surface beneath you.
Let your shoulders drop away from your ears,
Softening any tightness in your neck or jaw.
Allow your hands to rest gently,
With your fingers relaxed and open.
Take a few more deep breaths,
And with each exhale,
Release any tension you feel lingering.
And now imagine yourself in the center of your body,
Lingering.
And now imagine yourself standing in a beautiful,
Serene garden,
A place of natural abundance and peace.
Everywhere you look,
You see vibrant flowers,
Trees that are heavy with fruit,
And even waters that are flowing freely.
Notice how everything around you grows without limitations,
Without doubt,
Simply trusting the earth's resources and the natural flow of life.
As you breathe in,
Feel the sense of natural abundance fill your heart.
And replacing any old fears of scarcity,
Dry and trust a feeling of being open to all the possibilities and resources around you.
And breathe out any beliefs that hold you back.
Any thoughts of not enough or I have to do more.
In this garden,
You have everything you need.
Just as the plants and trees are nourished and provided for,
So are you.
If any scarcity thoughts come up,
Observe them gently and then let them drift away,
As leaves floating down a peaceful stream.
Inhale deeply,
Feeling the openness of abundant flow enter your body.
And as you exhale,
Release any feelings of lack or fear.
And just know that you are supported.
That life is always bringing you what you need,
When you need it.
You don't need to force or strive.
Abundance flows when we allow,
Trust,
And stay rooted in it.
Gratitude for all we already have.
Now repeat these following affirmations,
Silently or aloud.
I trust that I am provided for.
I am open to receiving abundance in all forms.
I am enough.
And I have enough.
And I have enough.
Let these words sink deeply into your being,
Grounding you in a mindset of true abundance.
And now just enjoy this moment of deep rest and relaxation in your own personal inner sanctuary.
A place where you go to feel your true self.
Secure.
Grounded.
Enough.
And a deep sense of peace and inner love for yourself and all of life around you.
And now bring your awareness back to your breath.
And just allow your body to breathe for you.
With no effort whatsoever.
Slowly start to bring your awareness back to the present moment.
Wiggle your fingers and toes gently.
And notice the support beneath you.
And then,
When you feel ready,
You can gently open your eyes and carry the sense of calm,
Trust and openness to abundance with you into your day.
