Menstrual Empowerment Celebration.
I'm Sara Senecoce,
And I'll guide you through this practice today.

Let's get started.
As always,
Find a quiet and comfortable place where you can sit undisturbed.
So sit in a relaxed but upright position,
Allowing your spine to be straight and your body to be at ease.
Gently close your eyes if that feels safe.
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
Hold it for a moment.
And then slowly exhale through your mouth,
Letting go of any tension.
Continue to breathe deeply,
Inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth,
Feeling more relaxed with each breath.
Now gently place your hands over your lower abdomen,
Just above your pelvis.
Feel the warmth and energy of your womb,
A sacred center of your feminine power.
Imagine this area glowing softly with a warm,
Comforting light.
And now imagine that you're sitting in an ancient moon hut.
It's dark outside as the new moon shines no light,
But instead a low fire in the center of the hut casts a warm,
Gentle light with the soft flames creating delicate shadows that dance around you.
Imagine you're sitting in a circle with other wise women,
All of you embracing the sacred space of the moon hut.
Each woman in the circle is filled with unique and powerful energy and together you are a powerful collective force.
Feel the warmth of this shared wisdom and the deep connection between you.
As you sit in this circle,
Acknowledge the special powers and insights that come with your menstrual cycle.
Reflect on how this time can be a time of deep intuition,
Creativity,
And spiritual insight.
Imagine these qualities radiating from you,
Enhancing your connection to the universe and to your inner self.
With each breath,
Breathe in this special energy,
Allowing it to fill you with a sense of purpose and clarity.
And breathe out any doubts or feelings of inadequacy.
Embrace the truth that your menstrual cycle is a time of great power and connection,
Not a weakness.
In this moment,
Recognize and honor your special gifts.
Imagine emerging from the moon hut with a newfound sense of wisdom and strength,
Ready to share your insights with the world.
Feel the deep respect and celebration of your unique energy and know that you are a vital and powerful part of the universe.
Breathe in the fullness of your power and breathe out any remaining tension.
And now just enjoy this moment of deep rest and relaxation in your own personal inner sanctuary,
A place where you go to feel your true self,
Secure,
Grounded,
And a deep sense of peace and inner love for yourself and all of life around you.
And now bring your awareness back to your breath and just allow your body to breathe for you with no effort whatsoever.
And when you're ready,
You can gently open your eyes,
Bringing this sense of connection and empowerment with you into the rest of your day.
