Welcome to this meditation called Awaken to Business Like We're Human. I'm Sarasen Akroche and I'll guide you through this practice today. Go ahead and find a comfortable position. Can do this seated or lying down. And then take a deep breath in and out and allow your body to settle and your mind to become present. Feel the ground beneath you, Supporting you completely. With each breath, Let your awareness expand to the vast web of life that surrounds you and includes you. As you breathe deeply, Start to become aware of your heartbeat if you can. This steady rhythm that has been with you since before birth. This miracle of being human. Let each beat remind you of your inherent wholeness. Now, Gently bring your attention to your business, Your work in the world and notice any separation you might feel between your business self and your human self. Without judgment, Simply observe these artificial boundaries we have created. Take a deep breath and silently repeat after me. I give myself permission to be fully human in my business. My work is not separate from who I am. It is a natural expression of my being, My gifts, My humanity. Feel yourself expanding beyond old limitations. Your business is not just what you do. It's part of how you show up in the world. I honor my uniqueness and draw strength from my authentic power. My worth is inherent, Not earned. My values are my compass, Guiding every business decision I make. And now expand your awareness to include your community, Your clients, Your colleagues. Feel the invisible threads that connect you to this web of relationships. Again, Silently repeat after me. I am not alone on this journey. My business is a bridge that connects hearts and minds. Through my work, I co-create solutions that serve our shared humanity. And now let your awareness expand further still, Including all living beings, As well as Mama Earth herself. Feel the profound interconnection of all life. Repeat after me in your mind. My business choices ripple out into the world. With each decision, I choose to nurture life, To support well-being, To contribute to the greater good. I extend my circle of compassion to encompass all beings. Take a deep breath. And now bring your attention to your relationship with money and resources. Feel into the possibility of true abundance, One that honors both prosperity and purpose. Repeat after me again. I choose to align my financial goals with my deepest values. Money flows through my business as a tool for creating positive change. Visualize your business now as a living, Breathing entity, One that pulses with humanity, Compassion, And purpose. Take a moment to feel the liberation of doing business like we're human. The joy of bringing your whole self to your work. The satisfaction of creating meaningful connections. The peace of taking aligned action. And the abundance that flows from authentic service. As we prepare to close this meditation, Make this gentle commitment to yourself. I choose to awaken to a new way of business, One that honors our shared humanity, Nurtures all life, And creates true prosperity. I trust in my power to lead with heart, To serve with authenticity, And to contribute to the greater good. Take a final deep breath in. And as you exhale, Feel the integration of your humanity and your business purpose.
