In this 36-minute yoga nidra practice designed to prepare you for deep sleep, I will invite you to rest in the quiet knowing that you are already enough — exactly as you are. Throughout this practice, I will use my voice to gently guide you into a deep state of awareness where the body will rest as if asleep, while the mind remains soft and aware. Then, at the end of the recording, I will gently invite you to release this awareness and drift into a deep, peaceful night’s sleep.
