She has found meditation very helpful in her life and she has recorded some guided meditations, which she hopes you will enjoy. She started her meditation journey whilst at University in England joining a Buddhist meditation group. In this group she learned Vipassana and walking meditation. She most recently compeleted a 4 day Vispassana retreat in San Diego.
