Hello and welcome.

My name is Nat and I'm here to help nurture your mental garden.

This garden meditation,

It aims to nurture your innate clarity,

Allowing your dreams,

Your desires to take root and flourish.

As you indulge in this gentle journey of self-exploration,

You may discover a renewed sense of inspiration and clarity available within you.

The vibrant energy of the garden is designed to infuse your spirit with a zest for life and ignite your imagination,

Inviting new possibilities to unfold.

You may witness the birth of fresh ideas,

Innovative solutions,

As your mind becomes a fertile ground for growth and innovation.

I must pause here and remind you that even if you experience none of this,

You are still doing it right.

There are days where my mind is filled with curiosity and creativity and clarity,

And then there are days where my mind feels like it lays dormant.

I welcome both of those experiences in today.

They both belong here.

Let go of any expectations and simply arrive in your body,

Here and now,

With me.

Let's start with our breath.

Take a couple of long,

Slow breaths in and out of your body.

Use this moment to settle into your center.

The distractions of what may have happened leading up to this moment,

The distractions of what may happen after this effort,

They no longer exist.

Just here.

Just now.

This breath.

Let it be all that matters.

If it feels comfortable,

Close your eyes and imagine yourself standing in a beautiful garden.

Picture the vibrant colors of the flowers,

The lush greenery that surrounds the blossoms,

A gentle breeze rustling the leaves.

Take a moment to soak in the perfection of this garden.

This garden,

It represents your mind.

Your mind has fertile soil.

As you stroll through the garden,

Notice a small plot of soil,

Fertile soil,

In front of you.

Just like your mind,

The fertile ground is ready for you to plant seeds of well-being and growth in it.

Visualize yourself holding a handful of seeds.

See them in your palm now.

Each seed represents a different goal,

A different desire you have for yourself.

Take a moment and reflect on these goals and desires.

If you weren't afraid,

If you had all of the time,

All of the money,

What would you do?

Let yourself dream big.

What would you like to cultivate for yourself?

It could be self-love,

It could be positivity,

Or perhaps it's a more tangible outcome,

Something you want to achieve.

Choose one seed at a time.

Gently pick it up.

See the goal,

See what you want for you,

And then gently plant it in the soil,

Symbolizing your intention to nurture that goal or desire.

Pick up another seed.

It can be the same goal,

It can be a new one,

But see it fully in the mind's eye.

That desire you have,

Let it burn deep within you,

And then also plant this seed in the soil,

One at a time.

See the goal,

Plant the seed.

What do you wish for yourself?

What do you desire for yourself?

If any doubt creeps in,

Simply let it go on your next inhale.

This is a practice of dreaming,

This is not a practice of thinking.

Now imagine all of these seeds planted,

The soil covering them.

Imagine a warm beam of sunlight shining down right at that space where you just planted your goals,

Your dreams,

Your desires.

This sunlight,

It represents your love and encouragement towards these thoughts and desires.

Feel the warmth and the positive energy infusing the soil,

Providing nourishment and support for the seeds to grow.

Next,

Envision a warm,

Gentle rain showering your new garden.

See each raindrop fall.

This rain represents you nurturing and caring for these thoughts.

Visualize the rainwater seeping into the soil,

Providing hydration and nourishment for your goals and desires.

Each raindrop represents a positive thought that nourishes your goal and your dream.

As you tend to your mental garden,

As you allow the sun to beat down on it,

As you allow the rain to hydrate it,

Notice some small weeds starting to sprout around your planted seeds.

These weeds,

They represent negative thoughts,

Doubt that might be hindering the growth of your efforts.

Take a moment,

Pluck each weed from the soil,

Symbolizing your commitment to remove negativity and embrace a positive mindset.

Notice over time,

With sun,

With rain,

With weeding,

Your seeds,

Your goals,

They start to sprout.

They begin to grow into healthy plants.

See them reaching up towards the sky.

See their vibrant colors and beautiful blossoms reflecting your progress,

Your growth over time.

Observe the transformation within yourself as you continue to nurture the thoughts of love and kindness towards yourself.

What does it feel like to witness this growth that you've dreamed for yourself?

What does it feel like to be patient,

To acknowledge that this growth does not happen instantly,

That it takes time,

That it takes a commitment to nurture,

To support,

And to love?

Imagine your garden in full bloom now.

Imagine yourself surrounded by flourishing oasis of well-being.

Feel the joy and fulfillment that comes from caring for your mental garden,

From witnessing your goals and your desires come to fruition.

Bask in the beauty that you created and then gently,

On your next inhale,

Untether yourself from your garden.

And as you exhale,

Bring yourself back into this space that you exist in right now.

Allow yourself to carry all of the possibility that exists.

Allow yourself to remember the seeds of well-being,

The goals and the desires that you have firmly planted in the mind's eye,

In the brain's fertile ground.

And as you go about your day,

Your week,

Your month,

Your year,

Continue to wash those seeds with sunlight,

With rain.

Continue to weed any doubt that comes up,

Any negativity that hinders you.

And watch with time as your life becomes magical,

That beautiful,

That incredible oasis of a garden you just sat in.

Thank you for your time today.
