How Much Do I Accept And Embrace The Contrast

Here I speak about contrast, and how important it is for us to practice ways to navigate through it in every moment. I remind us of the fact that life is a continuous line of experiences, and challenges are an inevitable part of it.

My name is Sangeet and today I want to tell you something simple and yet so important. Every day, In every moment, We feel and we see clear evidences of the duality of this world in which some forces pull us up and some forces pull us down. It is a constant contrast of energies that we feel unable to control. Should we blame ourselves for that? Or should we blame the world? Or the universe? No. Being in this planet, Having this human experience, Is not something that we can switch off and switch on whenever we want. Unless, Somehow, We get out of our bodies, We just have to go through it. Now, We can choose and change realities, And we can make things better and more pleasant. The thing is that, In any case, Everything is served in a plate of opposites, Of low and high, Of fear and love. So, Today, I came here to remind us that life is not about having to control everything and everybody. Life is about choosing what is best for us, In every moment, For a highest good, Despite any logic or any rule. And even knowing and applying this, Somehow, Somewhere, We will still touch fear, We will still feel disappointed and doubtful and sad and angry and frustrated. It is like swimming in the sea without feeling its temperature or without facing its waves. If we want to swim, We have to embrace it all, Right? We may think that if we could just erase all the challenges, Then life would be perfect. Maybe it would. But let me tell you, If it wasn't for the challenges, We wouldn't probably feel so happy and excited when we accomplish something. Allowing our bodies to adjust to the temperature and knowing how to handle the waves make us thrive in the sea, And once that happens, We can relax while we comfortably swim and navigate through its beauty. So, Today, Let's make peace with ourselves and the world. For every obstacle, There is a chance for success. In every moment, There is a chance to think, To do and to be better. There is a chance to thrive in this world, With and despite everything that comes with it. You and me, Me and you, We all have the capacity to rise above anything. Let's then accept duality, Let's accept all energies and use our best tools to swim in any water, So we can live the best life ever.
