Picture pink loving light radiating from your heart,
Encompassing you in a pink sphere.
Staying within your pink sphere of light,
Remember a most loving memory of yourself,
Which may be a recent one or from childhood,
And project this image of you outside the pink light sphere in front of you.
Now cover this image of yourself with the pink light,
Which is still radiating from your heart.
Next,
You are going to bring in positive images of your immediate family,
Mother,
Father,
Siblings,
Partner,
Children,
All outside the pink light sphere.
In your mind's eye,
You will picture yourself covering each of them with the pink light,
As if you were icing a cake.
I will remain quiet for a short while as you bring in your immediate family,
Mother,
Father,
Siblings,
Partner,
Children,
Covering each of them with the pink light,
Before letting them go and moving on to the next person that wants to appear.
Now,
Do the same with anyone with whom you still have an emotional charge or discomfort.
For such individuals,
Feel free to have them stand as far away as you want so that you remain completely comfortable.
They will even work if you imagine the more tricky people as far away from you as the horizon.
Just cover them with pink light,
One by one,
And then let them go.
Now,
Allow for anyone else to show up,
Whether you know them or not.
Cover each of them with the pink light and let them go as well.
Well done.
This pink light technique should take no more than 10 minutes a day,
Eventually getting down to about 5 minutes.
If you can't visualize the pink light or images of the people,
That's fine.
What's important is the intent.
Once someone is done,
Assume that they are finished for the day.
You will also get a sense when someone is complete and no longer requires any treatment.
Be gentle and enjoy the positive results within your relationships.
