I enjoyed listening to the Body Calm book. I had first read about the way to open awareness by expanding peripheral vision in one of Carlos Castaneda’s books and have been practicing on and off since college (when I read that book). How awesome it was to find out how to use that skill of expanding peripheral vision to create meditation moments along with the thoughts of “I AM…secure, supported, powerful, calm kind, free, worthy, enough, and healed”! I love it and have been using this technique over the last few days with astonishing results: thank you!
