It's time to go to sleep so get into bed, make yourself comfortable and play this Sleep Easy Meditation. Don't toss and turn with a busy mind and stop all of the struggle of trying to get to sleep. Instead, be gently guided into a relaxing state of mind and body and occasionally think "om presence" while letting your attention rest upon your entire body. Transcript

Begin by being comfortable and closing the eyes.

For the next few hours,

Your mind and body are going to enjoy a well deserved rest from overthinking and exerting any effort whatsoever.

There is nowhere else to be,

Other than where you are right now,

And nothing that needs done,

Other than being here.

This is your time to do absolutely nothing,

Just be quiet and let whatever wants to happen,

If the mind wants to move,

Let it.

If feelings are present,

Let them.

Just assume whatever happens naturally is okay and is happening to help you sleep.

And so let it all go as easily as it comes.

Remember that your body knows how to sleep,

It's done it many many times.

So simply allow it,

By resting and breathing as you would normally.

Let any tension in your forehead,

Around your eyes,

And anywhere else in your entire body to soften and simply melt away into nothing.

Don't even try to relax right,

Just notice it is happening naturally as you remember what it's like to just be.

You can remain here now,

In your secure and serene body and being.

You know this state of restful being,

There is a still quiet space within you,

Always.

Notice this quiet space that never moves and let your attention rest upon it now,

As you surrender further still into the stillness within.
