Begin by being comfortable and closing the eyes.

This is your time to do absolutely nothing,

If feelings are present,

Just assume whatever happens naturally is okay and is happening to help you sleep.

Just notice it is happening naturally as you remember what it's like to just be.
You can remain here now,
In your secure and serene body and being.
You know this state of restful being,
There is a still quiet space within you,
Always.
Notice this quiet space that never moves and let your attention rest upon it now,
As you surrender further still into the stillness within.
