Begin by sitting or laying comfortably before closing your eyes and just being here.

Be where your body is.

Be where life is happening.

Right here,

Always here.

Just rest,

Being gently alert,

With your attention wide and open.

That's right.

Let your awareness rest wide and open.

Easily,

Naturally,

As it wants to be.

For the next few minutes,

You're going to rest into a calm,

Loving state.

So let's be quiet.

Rest into your completely calm and loving self and allow yourself to just be as you are.

Bring your attention to your breathing.

Let your breathing become slower and deeper,

Easier,

Relaxed.

With every breath you breathe in,

Breathe in feelings of calm and relaxation.

With every breath you breathe out,

Simply breathe out any stress or tension.

Breathe in feelings of calm and relaxation.

And simply breathe out any stress or tension.

With every breath in,

Breathe in feelings of calm and relaxation.

And with every breath you breathe out,

Simply breathe out any stress or tension.

Breathing in calm and relaxation.

Breathing out stress or any tension.

Now imagine there's a calm,

Loving light.

A healing light.

And this light is entering your toes.

Entering your body.

Calming,

Balancing,

Loving,

As it moves up into your feet.

Filling your feet into your ankles.

Calming your ankles.

Loving your ankles.

Up into the calves.

This calm,

Loving light.

This beautiful light.

Calming,

Loving,

As it moves from your feet and your ankles up your calves.

Into your knees and your knee joints.

Right into the knee joints.

Let it calm and love this space.

Within the cells and the atoms and the space between the atoms.

Calming,

Loving,

As it now enters up to your thighs.

Calming,

Healing,

Balancing,

Loving every cell.

Now into your hips.

Into the space.

Into the bones and the muscles.

Now this calm,

Loving light moving up into your abdominal muscles.

To relax and rest them.

Let the abdominal become soft.

Even more relaxed.

Now the calm,

Loving light is moving up further.

All the organs of your abdomen are beautifully relaxed.

Loved.

Continuing to breathe nice and deep and easy.

As we now into the base of the chest and the base of your lungs.

Your lungs are filling with calm,

Love.

Free from all fear.

Now moving up towards your heart.

See your heart filled with this calm,

Loving light.

Emanating this love.

This peace.

Allow the heart to slow and rest a little.

Let it be healed from all hurts.

With this calm,

Loving light.

Now the peaceful,

Loving light is filling all of your lungs.

Right up to the top of your lungs.

Breathe in this calming,

Loving light.

Now it's up to the base of your neck.

And it goes down now,

Down each arm.

Pushing out any negative out of the palms of your hands.

Any hurt,

Fear,

Resentment,

Disappointment.

All just being pushed out of the palms of your hands.

By this calm,

Loving light.

Shining out from the palms of your hands now.

Now the calm,

Loving light continues up into your throat.

Into your jaw and into your mouth.

Let your tongue rest easily in your mouth.

The whole throat,

Jaw and mouth area.

Calming,

Balancing,

Loving.

Now the calm,

Loving light is dancing on your face.

And all the muscles of your face become soft.

Inspiring a gentle,

Little smile.

A gentle,

Loving smile.

Now it's up to your eyes.

Your eyes are filled with peace and love.

Now it's entering your brain.

Let your brain relax and be filled with calm,

Loving light.

Every cell,

Every neuron,

Every atom.

Now the light is going down the back of your neck.

Down all the muscles of your spine.

And as it continues its journey,

Let the loving light enter every cell.

So that your spine feels soft and is emanating love.

And now if there's any place that feels uncomfortable or tense within you or your body.

Breathe the calm,

Loving light into it now.

Breathe the calm,

Loving light and allow yourself to heal on all levels.

As you're bathed completely in calm love.

And so it is.

To do so,

Bring your attention back to now.

With a forward and wide gaze.

Before slowly opening your eyes.

And returning to being fully awake and aware.
