She has been practicing mindfulness since 2006 and has been sharing secular mindfulness and teaching mindfulness courses for over 10 years. Samantha is a certified MBSR teacher (Brown Mindfulness Center, US) and a certified MBCT teacher and supervisor (Oxford Mindfulness Center, UK). She is also a Registered Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance). Throughout the years, Samantha has personally experienced the transformative power of mindfulness. She aspires to share the wisdom and practice with others for the cultivation of awareness, inner peace, wisdom, and compassion.
