Body scan is a mindfulness practice using the body as the object of attention. We often pay little attention or awareness to our bodies. In fact, the body is a wonderful medium for us to practice being present and consciously directing our awareness to different parts of the body with curiosity and an attitude of acceptance and openness. Through this practice, we can reconnect with our bodies, cultivate non-judgmental awareness, and take good care of our physical and mental well-being. 身體掃描是一個靜觀練習。我們每天都和身體共處,但卻甚少注意或覺察自己的身體。其實身體是一個很好的媒介去讓我們練習覺察當下,並學習有意識地將注意放在身體的不同地方,以好奇心與接納開放的態度與身體重新連繋,培養不加批判的覺察的同時,亦可以好好照顧自己的身心。
