Samantha is a senior registered yoga teacher (Yoga Australia) and a yoga therapist (AAYT) with more than 15 years experience. Samantha loves to share mindful breaks, breathing techniques, yoga nidras and guided meditations for children. Encouraging children to practice mindfulness and/or meditation is one of the greatest gifts a parent or carer can give their child. Regular practice teaches them how to regulate their emotions, to cultivate tolerance, to develop compassion, patience, courage and self love.

That was excellent! I had a tension, sinus, eye strain headache but the self massage technique and visualization helped a bunch. I am familiar and often do a similar facial/neck massage, but the idea of doing it today slipped my mind. I was going to nap for relief but I am so happy I came across this session. I believe it helped much more than a nap would have.
