There are many reasons for headache & migraine. Sometimes we lose the battle & need medication, other times taking a big glass of water, a rest, some self massage, conscious breathing & quietening the mind will release it. I recorded this meditation while experiencing my own headache & I am grateful to say that it has down-graded from what I thought was a definite migraine, to a mild headache, fingers crossed it stays that way.
