This is one of my favorite short guided relaxations.
It's a 61 point meditation.
You can do it seated or you can just lie down wherever you are on the floor.
It's my favorite position and just flop,
Let it go and get ready to just quickly reset,
Recharge.
All you need to do is repeat each part that I mention in your mind or count them which is the 61 points or if you're quite visual,
Visualize a brilliant ball of light at each point.
Whatever you do you don't need to try too hard you just want to gently come back whenever you notice that you've gone away with your thoughts.
