Connecting with the medicine of the willow tree.
Find a comfortable place and sit in ease.
Connect with your own breath.
Feeling the beautiful air going into the nose,
Filling up the lungs,
Filling up your belly.
And then maybe hold for one or two counts and then let them go,
Let the air come out again.
And it's your own beautiful rhythm,
The rhythm to go in and out.
And while you're connecting with this beautiful breath,
Your beautiful rhythm,
Close your eyes and feel how you're even more and more relaxed and even more and more at ease.
Feel how you're being carried by the earth.
And just feel the energy around you,
Connect with the smells and the sounds.
Just feel how are you feeling in your body.
And if it's possible,
Just look for a way to get more relaxed,
Even if it's only one or two percent.
How can you be more relaxed?
And invite the air that you're beautiful breathing in and the air that comes out,
That you invite the relaxation in.
And anything that's not serving you to come out,
Just let it go.
You don't need to know how,
You just ask it to go.
And while you're sitting here in this beautiful relaxation,
I invite you in your mind's eye to envision this beautiful place of nature.
Such a beautiful,
Vibrant place.
It has all these different kinds of greens,
Yellows and reds,
Blues,
Orange.
Such an amazing place to walk around.
And while you're walking in this beautiful place of nature,
You see all the elements,
The water,
The air,
The worms,
The fire,
It just helps you to calm you down.
You're so welcomed.
You're so home.
The beautiful nature feels like a warm hug around you.
You hear different birds sing and the insects are there.
If you look around,
You see all kinds of animals.
It is such a beautiful place to be.
And just notice with every step that you take,
You're getting more and more relaxed.
You're really arriving home.
And then you're walking past this beautiful river and it catches your eyes.
And when you look up,
You see this beautiful willow tree.
And it feels there is some kind of attraction for you to walk towards this tree.
It has such a beautiful glimmer around it.
Beautiful bark,
Long branches,
And its leaves.
And you walk right up to this tree and you give it a big hug.
Such a nice,
It's like meeting a friend.
And then you feel that you are done with your beautiful hug.
You turn around and you can slide with your back against the trunk and you find yourself sitting on the floor.
And the willow tree invites you to share anything you like to share.
Because anything you share with a willow tree will stay with the willow tree.
So feel how your back is almost finding its way into the trunk.
You feel so supported and relaxed and your hands are in your lap.
You feel that your roots are coming out of your sits bone straight into the ground.
You're really being cuddled by this tree.
You feel safe.
And just take a moment.
Maybe there is something you'd like to share for today.
Something that is maybe heavy on the heart or difficult to share and you really,
Really would like to.
Just take your moment and share.
Know that your words are going to a trusted place,
A safe place.
And now that you have shared some of your heart desire or something that is now lifted off your heart,
Ask the willow tree if it has a special medicine for you.
Maybe some support,
Maybe a feeling or a picture or a direction for you.
To really heal and help you move forward.
And just wiggle yourself against this beautiful tree and trust that the tree has your best interest at heart and shares honestly and truthfully with you.
And the willow tree's medicine will help you to move forward,
To heal what is important for you at this moment.
And then feel how you're coming to a complete feeling of this medicine.
Take a moment to put your hands on your heart and thank this beautiful tree for all its offerings.
And then feel how we're slowly getting up,
Giving this beautiful tree one more big hug.
Feel how that energy is flowing through you.
And then saying goodbye,
You slowly start to make your way to your own path.
Your path in nature is so supported,
So healing.
And then slowly start to connect with your own breath,
Feel how it's deepening and bringing you all the way back home to your own rhythm.
Start connecting with the sound around you.
Then take a deep breath in,
And when you breathe out,
Slowly open your eyes and welcome back.
