The North American zodiac has the wolf arriving in the Northern Hemisphere February 19 – March 20 and in the Southern Hemisphere August 23 – September 22. Wolves are probably among the most misunderstood animals. This is recorded during my Insight Timer live session about this spirit animal. This is the meditation part. It is a good combination with the lecture part to explore your relationship with the wolf and how you can invite this spirit animal.

I want to invite you to really sit back into your chair or if you're going to lay down,

Find your place to lay down as well and look for that wonderful relaxing connection.

And then take a breath in and out.

Take a breath in and out.

Good.

Your connection to the wolf spirit is one of trust and being present in the now.

Take a breath in and out and close your eyes.

And just before we start to really settling,

Move your body,

Listen to some noise and listen what's happening around you.

You're connecting with your surroundings and the right moment to settle in.

Take a breath in and out.

Good.

And then look for a comfortable position.

Imagine a wolf that is ruled up and cuddled next to his pack members in a cozy den.

The feeling of safety and warmth with the inner knowing and it all is okay.

Suppose you can't find that relaxing feeling yet,

Have a stretch and roll back into that comfortable position again.

You are here to connect with the energy that is within you,

Your inner wisdom.

Feel free to relax who you are and how your body feels.

Who you are and how your body finds that place of being comfortable and at ease.

You feel how you are slowly entering this flowing state between dreaming and being awake.

You are entirely open to follow your own inner guidance.

Take a breath in and breathe out.

In front of you,

You see this beautiful wolf standing.

He has soft eyes and looks at you with kindness.

He invites you to come and to go for a walk.

You feel complete and at ease and get up to get ready for a walk.

Together you walk out of the den into the forest.

You are in a comfort,

Amazing,

Beautiful trees.

So many beautiful different colors of green around you.

You feel the healing energy this color is offering you at this moment.

You feel the healing energy and you soak it in.

The ground underneath you is soft and your feet feel comfortable and grounded.

Every step you take is light and comfortable.

The sunshine through the leaves of the trees gives it a calm and peaceful environment.

You walk together in silence and just soaking up all the calmness that is present at this moment.

The wolf invites you to listen closely and to notice what is going on around you.

You can hear other animals being present.

You can hear the birds chirping and the birds singing.

You can hear the wind.

You can even feel the sunshine on your body.

And although all these things are happening at the same time,

It is easy to see the sun and your path that you need to take.

It is alright to listen from a distance.

But you need that and know that anything that is important is also important.

You are present in the here and now.

Know there is a different kind of here and now happening simultaneously at another point.

The inner knowing that you are present in the here and now is the same as the present.

You are present in the here and now.

You are present simultaneously at another point.

The inner knowing that you can choose to bring a new piece running through your body.

And just take a moment to really soak all of that up.

Together you keep walking until you reach this crossroad.

It's a beautiful crossroad with where paths naturally go a different direction.

The wolf shares with you that you have an inner compass within you.

And you can make your choice or choices with the support of this compass.

Together you're standing at this crossroad and the wolf asks you,

What is it today that you need guidance or support with?

There are different directions you can choose and will lead you towards other outcomes.

Even outcomes you haven't even thought about.

Would you like to feel into those outcomes,

What it could be?

And you say yes,

I would love to feel into different results.

So the wolf invites you to turn left.

This is the direction you feel at the moment that you should go towards with the guidance you are receiving from outside yourself.

Take a breath and walk into this direction and feel the sense of what it will be going with this solution.

And then you can take a moment to really soak all of that up.

You can feel into what it would be like,

How it makes you feel.

And then you can come back to the intersection again,

How your day will look like.

And in your mind's eye you can come back right to the intersection again.

You felt into the left direction.

Now you can go to the right.

This is the direction where your inner voice would like you to go.

But get doubts when listening to the outside world.

It's the direction that puts a smile on your face when you dream about what it is that you are looking for.

Or the solution for a problem at the moment.

The path for you when you are in your inner world and feels right to you then is on the right.

So take a breath in and out and let's travel to the right side.

And just know that this is the direction where your inner guidance is wanting you to just show and feel.

And with a breath in you can feel the energy that you are looking for.

And with a breath in and out you can travel back to your crossroad.

You felt into the left side and into the right side.

Let's feel into the side when you go straight ahead from this crossing.

The path that takes that will lead you to the outcome that you haven't even thought about yet.

The answer to your question would give you the universe a chance to show you a different way to go about it.

Just take a breath in and breathe out and just travel straight ahead.

And be open for new adventures,

New thoughts.

Soaking in all the things that you haven't seen yet,

New directions,

New feelings,

New thoughts,

New feelings,

New thoughts,

New feelings,

Take a breath in and when you breathe out you're going to be coming back to the crossroad.

Having explored the left side and having explored the right side and going straight,

How does it feel when you would go back?

The wolf shares with you that going back to where you are right now would entail some answers as well.

So just envision walking back from where you're coming from and how does it make you feel and what answers are coming to you.

In your mind's eye,

See how you're travelling back to your crossroad.

Coming back from this place has given you a sense of where you are.

This wolf shares with you there are no right or wrong directions.

You can even go to all of them.

Moving forward or staying where you are will give you different opportunities.

All these opportunities will give you a chance to grow in many different ways.

It has shown you that the inner guidance will create freedom.

It will give you a place where you are comfortable with where you are now and celebrate the travels you've already done.

You can leap and go with the feeling and sensation of not knowing what's going to happen and it will challenge you in a different way.

All is well.

Wolf and you turn around and walk back to the den.

You walk in peaceful and calm energy.

Returning at the den,

You can find your place within your pack.

Rest in support and a knowing that your inner voice will guide you.

You are not alone.

You have a support team.

Enjoy how relaxed your body feels its place within your own family,

Your own pack.

And take a breath in and out and then slowly start to move your body.

If you feel it's right you can stretch out and have a big loud yawn.

Slowly begin to open your eyes.

Familiarize yourself with your own surroundings.

Ground yourself where you are and give yourself some time and space to arrive back in the here and now.
