Welcome to your meditation from healing but also embracing the grief after losing your dear animal.
My name is Renée,
Founder of Sagittarius Way.
Take a deep breath in and breathe out.
Take a deep breath in and out.
One more time,
Take a breath in and out.
Wonderful.
If you feel like you like to wiggle or move your body,
Always know that you can.
The freedom of movement comes so naturally to our animals.
Take a deep breath in and when you breathe out,
Just check in with your body.
How are your legs?
Your hips?
Your lower back and your belly?
How does your chest feel?
And your shoulders?
How are your arms,
Your hands and your fingers?
Just move your head from side to side and check in with your neck.
Check in with your ears,
To what they're hearing.
Your face,
Just relax it down.
In the top of your head.
And then one more breath in and breathe out.
Wonderful.
And just know that where you are today and how your body feels today is totally fine.
You are exactly where you need to be.
You're feeling exactly how you need to feel.
And for this moment,
In this time,
All is well.
I invite you in your mind's eye to envision how you are sitting in a beautiful circle,
Together with beautiful people.
You can feel how they are smiling to you and you're being acknowledged.
You're being part of this beautiful group.
It feels like a warm blanket around us.
The support,
The love,
The kindness,
The acceptance of being right here,
Right now.
Moving through grief,
Connecting with an animal that has crossed over but is still really touching your heart,
Is something to feel balance and find it within you.
I invite you in your mind's eye to feel how your animal that has crossed over is now sitting next to you or curling on your lap.
And just feel the presence of this beautiful animal.
And just imagine how you're cuddling him or brushing her fur.
You can just feel that connection.
And just take a breath in and take a moment,
Knowing how supported and safe you are here with all your emotions,
To talk to your beautiful animal and share the missing and share how difficult it sometimes is.
If our emotions are coming up,
Just let them flow.
Take a breath in and breathe out.
Your animal is sharing the emotions as well.
You can feel how the physical missing is coming from both sides.
This may be feeling overwhelming or rough,
But just take a breath in and feel it in your body.
Then feel how from above this beautiful white light is coming through.
It goes from the top of the head all the way through your neck,
Your shoulders,
Your arms,
Into your chest,
Your belly,
Lower back,
Into your hips,
Go through your legs,
Into your feet,
Into the ground.
May you start to notice how that rough,
Painful emotion is slowly moving through your body.
It's being acknowledged,
It's being embraced with love and care.
These emotions are being acknowledged and valued.
And just keep breathing in and out.
And just know that you and your animal share this beautiful heart connection that are connected to beautiful memories.
And just take a moment together to share the best memories you have.
The ones that made you laugh or even the ones that you go like ooh.
The happiness and the fun,
The smile on your face,
The time together.
And just take a breath in and breathe out.
And take a moment and look your animal in the eye and ask it what was your best memory?
And just take a moment and breathe in and breathe out.
And just listen to the story,
Listen to the memory that comes up.
And then notice how you are feeling calmer and how the grease and the loss of your beautiful animal has found a beautiful place in your heart,
Where it's allowed to be,
Where it's part of you,
Where you are safe and welcome to share any time with anyone in a loving and caring way.
And know that this animal,
This soul will always be part of you.
And that it is a blessing.
And that you share something amazing.
Give each other one more cuddle,
One more stroke.
And then your beautiful animal will run away.
But you know,
Both of you know that there is this time and space where you can meet up and connect.
Go for long walks.
And just know that you are and will be never by yourself.
And then slowly start connecting with your own breath.
And recognize the people in the circle.
And know that walking here on earth,
You are supported by amazing people who understand and get you.
And then slowly start connecting with your own body.
Start wiggling your toes and your fingers.
Start connecting with your own environment and the sounds that are with you.
You know how calm and relaxed you are at this moment.
And then with a deep breath in,
When you breathe out,
Open your eyes and welcome back.
Thank you.
