The Owl Zodiac comes to share its wisdom in late autumn and early winter. The Owl takes over from the Snake and it is always interesting to see how this wise animal helps us to move forward from shedding our skin to heal with our vulnerable emotions. The Owl is most present in the night and with the help of the moon gives us the powerful medicine to dive deep into what needs our attention with peaceful energy.

Welcome,

My name is RenΓ©e from Sagittarius Way.

I am so grateful that you are here.

This meditation is a visualization.

Just let your imagination run its course,

All is possible,

And nothing is off-limits.

Be open in receiving information through feelings,

Seeing in your mind's eye,

Or even taste.

The significant part is that the Aal is connecting with you in your way.

To make sure you receive the powerful message or messages that the Aal likes to share with you,

Just be open.

To get the full experience with the zodiac energy of the Aal,

Make sure you check in a couple of times during the Aal period.

You could use the moon as a guideline,

Especially because the Aal is so connected with the moon.

The moon has a fantastic rhythm for manifestation and creation,

So to receive the insightful guidance of the Aal will be extra powerful.

Having said all this,

I invite you to go and sit or lay down in a comfortable position.

Please pay attention to your body and what it needs.

Are you warm enough?

Do your arms or legs like to be in a certain position?

It would be best if you found the most comfortable place before connecting with the Aal.

Animals will always go and seek their most relaxed position as they know how important it is to be connected to the ground and Mother Earth,

Even for a bird that can fly and soar above in the sky.

If you choose to sit in a chair,

Make sure that your feet are connected with the ground.

Take a moment and feel your body.

With an in-breath,

Feel your feet and legs,

And with the out-breath,

Let everything that feels uncomfortable go.

Take a breath in and feel your belly and chest.

And with the out-breath,

Let everything go.

With your next breath,

Connect with your arms,

Your neck and your head.

And with your out-breath,

Let go of anything that is not yours.

Follow this with your own breathing pattern,

To anchor into your body and the rhythm of you.

Now that we are comfortable and connected to the ground,

We are going to connect with the nature.

The best way to connect with Mother Nature is to think of things that you are grateful for.

Take a breath in and feel the things that you are grateful for.

Dear Mother Earth,

Thank you for the beautiful sun that warms up my living room.

Dear Mother Earth,

Thank you for the beautiful park at the end of the street where my dogs can run free.

Dear Mother Earth,

Thank you for the beautiful river that streams from the mountains and is a source for drinking water for the wildlife around my home.

Just keep going.

Take a breath in.

Dear Mother Earth,

Thank you for.

Being connected to the earth will give us a source of energy to be able to rest in and to be feeling safe.

You can now trust this knowing that you are connecting to a truthful and full of magic that will keep us safe and gives us information or support to move forward into the next few days.

Let your breath move naturally for you and let your heartbeat be your rhythm to follow.

Close your eyes if you haven't done this yet.

In your mind's eye you see this beautiful field.

It's entirely open space and you are invited to come and walk around in it.

The sun is going down and the light of the moon is taking over.

Enjoy how the energy of the day is slowing down and the calm of the evening is taking over.

The moon is helping you out so that you don't feel lost.

As the light of the moon is growing stronger you can see a clear path in front of you.

Start to follow this path.

This path feels wonderful underneath your feet.

The track is wide enough for you to walk on and on the side there are all kinds of beautiful plants and herbs.

Take a moment to enjoy all the different kinds of smells that are here at this moment.

In the distance you can see the trees where the forest is going to start.

While you follow this path you notice a building.

You're coming closer to it.

It looks like a barn or is it a castle?

It has the feeling of a magical manner.

You walk towards this majestic building and the doors open up as you approach the building.

You step inside.

It is nice and cosy inside and it feels like walking into a home of a long lost friend.

In front of you is a staircase.

Start climbing the stairs.

It's an easy climb and every step is taking you higher and higher.

You keep following and taking the next step as it is so easy.

At the end of the stair you see a beautiful spacious balcony.

It is wide and it brings you outside where you can see the magical view.

On the side of the terrace is a beautiful plant that has managed to grow up to this balcony.

It has the best flowers.

They are lovely colours and the smell is just divine.

Looking at the view you can see all the stars and this evening they twinkle bright as if they are creating a light show.

In the distance you see a beautiful bird flying your way.

It has incredible wings and it flies without making a sound.

It lands on your balcony.

You can walk up to the bird and see it.

This is a fantastic owl that welcomes you.

It asks you if you are ready for your flight up between the stars.

You can feel this enthusiastic feeling in your body and yes,

You are ready for your flight.

The owl tells you to step into his energy field and together you take flight.

You feel how the wind is carrying you into the sky and how you can hear all the sounds around you.

The two of you fly high in the sky and when you look down again you can see the rivers below you,

The open fields,

The villages.

Together you keep on flying until you start to see a familiar picture below you.

You can see your home,

Your family and friends.

You can even see the place where you go to work every day.

Together you land in a high tree and you enjoy that you can peep into your life and get a new perspective,

One from a distance with no strings attached.

The owl asks you if there is anything that you like to know.

This is your time and the owl asserts you that it will try to answer your question to the best of his ability.

Take a deep breath in and ask your question.

You are listening to all the information that the owl can share with you at this time.

If nothing is coming,

Just set the intention that it will come to you during the day.

Let's enjoy this beautiful healing energy.

Just as there are birds chirping.

The story the owl has to share with you has so much valuable information in it.

You know that you are ready to fly back to the manor.

The flight back is so gorgeous.

The rivers look like sparkling mirrors and there are animals in the meadows that look up to you as you fly by.

Fulfilled you arrive back at the balcony.

The owl shares with you that you are welcome to come back anytime if you like to revisit or if you need more guidance.

You thank the owl and both of you say goodbye with a full heart.

You take a moment at the balcony to really embrace the beauty and the energy that was just exchanged.

You slowly turn around and walk down the stairs.

The steps are easy to take and you feel the energy in your body while you're walking down.

You're walking through the door outside.

The path back home is easy to find.

While walking home you enjoy the smells,

The calmness,

The light of the moon and then you slowly start to feel your body.

The rhythm of your heartbeat and just wiggle your toes and fingers.

If it feels right,

Calmly stretch your body out and open up your eyes.
