Today we're going to connect with a horse.
So the beautiful bullet.
Bullet is a 16 year old horse.
He came to us last year.
A little bit with a whole list of things that we needed to support him with.
It wasn't like a nice package,
But he has an amazing soul.
So we connected with him and we started working with him and he's very willing to work.
And one of the things he says is don't underestimate the power of willingness as it will be the successful ingredient in any powerful relationship.
And in a relationship he means relationship you build with other horses or other animals or you know from animal to human.
But also the relationship in activities that we do or things that we want to create.
And he's a jumper so for him to go to a big show was one of the things and he worked really hard and he made it to one of those shows.
It was phenomenal to watch him and how proud he was when he really won.
So it was really excellent to see.
So we're going to connect with him and then with that quote of him we're going to keep that in mind.
So maybe you want to write it down or I'll repeat it one more time.
Don't underestimate the power of willingness as it will be the successful ingredient in any powerful relationship.
And having said that I want to invite you to really sit down and relax or if you've chosen to lay down please go lay down and find that comfortable place.
So you know we're going to connect with a horse so feel how they're standing and how they're always finding a place to relax and to really be in through their body.
You know these are herd animals so they are really into connecting with others around them and trusting that what's going on that other souls around them will pay attention to that as well.
And you can just see how they switch from you know who's drinking and who's eating and who's sleeping and who is paying attention and how they know where the wind is coming and how they get protection from the wind.
So with that in mind just slowly find that position into your chair or onto the ground that you're laying on and just take a deep breath in and breathe out.
And breathe in and breathe out.
And just check in with your own body.
Let's start today at the top of our head and then go down your face in the back of your skull and just breathe into it.
Breathe in and out and just leave all the thoughts that you have and all the things that you have to do just leave them alone just really leave them.
It's okay.
If it's important someone else will pick it up you know you're part of a community so just know that you can be right here right now.
And then let your attention go through your neck and just move your head from side to side.
Nice,
Relax those shoulders and then relax your arms and your fingers and feel how your shoulder blades are really slowly relaxing away from your ears.
Feel how your spine is relaxing and take a breath in and breathe out.
Really nicely,
Good.
And then we go slowly to our lower back and our belly.
Relax into that,
Let all the tension go.
Relax those hips,
Relax your legs,
Take a breath in and out.
Relax the knees and the lower legs,
Your ankles and just move your feet a little bit.
We'll crunch them like a ball and then let them go and take a breath in and out and just really be here in the now together with your body with all the senses that your body has and pay attention to all the sounds around you,
You are hearing what is happening really calmly.
And now we're going to start with seeing in our mind's eye this beautiful,
Beautiful plain field of grass.
It's so beautiful,
It's fresh and it has flowers in there and you can hear bees and you can hear flies going and little creatures that are crawling through the grass are there.
You're standing there just absorbing the little noises that you hear.
Take a breath in and breathe out and breathe in and out,
Really nice.
And now start to feel how you are standing within a group of souls and they all have different smells and they all are hanging out and paying attention to each other and kind of blending in,
So they're blending in with their energy and with their bodies,
They're blending in to stand in a way that everyone in the group is nice and warm and cozy and everyone in the group feels safe and supported.
Really feel and breathe it in and out.
You just know that you are in the right place.
There is food to eat and water to drink,
There is shelter,
There is support,
There is a place to rest,
There is a dynamic going that is being communicated by body language,
By smell,
By noises that are being made.
And just really take a moment in and feel that safety and feel the nourishment and feel the potential of just being who you are with all your talents and all your dreams and all your wishes.
It's really beautiful.
This group is kind of starting to move slowly,
So you're connecting with the lead,
With the horse that is kind of keeping an eye on everything and everyone.
This horse starts to move and movement starts to take shape and form within the herd and everyone starts to move in the same direction,
Really slowly.
And then feel how you are connecting with this beautiful 18 hand horse that stands next to you and he invites you to join.
He's like,
What is your biggest,
Biggest fear?
You go like,
Ooh,
And just take a breath in,
Think of that fear,
Embrace it,
Hold it,
And then this horse tells you,
Okay,
Throw it up in the air.
You throw it all the way up in the air and this horse's hind comes up and he kicks it and it goes flying and it just goes flying and flying and it's just out of sight,
It's gone,
Completely vanished.
And the horse says,
So how does it feel not having that restriction with you?
Take a moment and feel into that,
How does that feel?
You're free,
You can breathe,
Really deep breaths are coming into your body to nourish you,
To nourish your nervous system.
Just really feel into that,
Like,
Oh my God,
That feels great,
So nice to not be carrying that.
You keep walking with the herd and feeling that safety and that amazing feeling of being part and being supported within a community,
Within a group.
Really,
Really breathe that in and out.
And then you are arriving at this beautiful place,
It has puddles and fresh grass and the puddles have mud where you can roll in and some of the horses are going to roll in and scratch themselves nicely.
And joy and laughter starts to create in the group and it's such an amazing energy to have,
So breathe that joy and laughter in and feel how it's fueling you and fueling your desires to create.
And the horse that's standing next to you,
He says,
Having the willingness is so powerful that there is no stopping if you start stepping into the willingness energy.
It's powerful,
More powerful than you feel with this joy and happiness that's happening right here rolling into this mud.
You feel it,
Take a moment,
Really feel it into it.
The horse tells you,
Asks you,
Willingness was my power,
It got me to really anchor in,
Be part of this herd,
To train and to create my new meaning that I really wanted to do in this life.
What is it that you really want?
He really wants to know.
Just tell him,
What is it you really want to do?
Km hips?
So,
After you've shared this beautiful dream that you really want to do,
The horse takes you through the herd and we'll get outside and he says,
Okay,
Let's do this.
You can give this a trial and do this and feel into this and know how this is going to work out for you.
He says if you take a few steps forward,
You will step into the scenario of your dream coming true.
He says just keep walking straight and that's what you're going to do.
You just keep walking and walking and then you walk into this magical part of the field and you walk right into your dream.
You walk right into your wish where your wish has come through and you're there to celebrate.
Take a moment and really feel how it's like to have reached this wish.
How does it look like?
Does it have a smell?
Do you behave or talk in a certain way?
Who is there?
Just really take this in and know that this is a trial run.
This is you having a taste of what you really want.
If it feels overwhelming,
Just take a breath in and take a breath out and feel into it a little bit more.
Just try to absorb as much as you can of your emotions,
Of how your body is feeling,
The things you're thinking,
The clothes you wear.
It's Lupinahr.
And then you come to a point where you really feel complete.
You know that you wish easily come through and that you're ready to create this.
You're ready to create this life and to have this added to your life.
You start walking back to the horse and you can give him a big hug.
He blows over your head through his nostrils and you can just feel how your wish is just embedding into your body.
Together you walk back through the herd and you take a moment to just stand with all of them and look at some of them who are really dirty from rolling into the mud.
You pay attention to the energy that is content and happy and pleased.
The horse tells you that you can always come back if you want to retry and retaste of your dream so that you can keep focusing on it.
You take a deep breath in and out and you slowly walk away from the herd of horses and you start to feel the pull that is getting you back into your chair in the place that you're laying.
You start to wiggle your body a little bit and take a deep breath in and out and really anchor in this experience,
This willingness.
And then you start to wake up your body and you start to listen to the sounds in your room and then take another deep breath in and out and open up your eyes and familiarize yourself with your own environment and just take a moment in to feel the happiness and the joy and the way that the fear was taking out of you and that you can move forward into that dream.
