Bring your awareness towards the sides of the neck,
Back of the neck.
Bring your awareness down towards your heart,
Front of your chest,
Back of your chest,
The sides of your ribs,
Bring your awareness towards upper arms,
Your hands,
Slowly down towards your fingers and bring your awareness towards your belly button,
Relax your belly,
Lower back,
Your hips,
Pelvis,
Glutes,
Bring your awareness towards the front of your thighs,
Back of your thighs,
Sides,
Knees,
Shins,
Back of your legs and then bring your awareness towards your feet,
Top of your feet,
Soles of the feet,
Toes.
