When you can’t breathe freely, there’s a pit in your stomach, your mind is racing, and you can’t even feel your fingers, it’s easy to say, “I am anxious.” But I like to see it differently: I am not anxious; my energy, or Prana, is simply not flowing properly. By dissociating from the emotion—since emotions are just energy in motion—it becomes much easier to free ourselves from anxious thoughts and get back into our bodies.
