Hi love, for this meditation, I recommend practicing it in bed, right when you’re ready to go to sleep. The best way to do this is by placing a pillow under your knees to relieve any strain in your lower back, allowing you to unlock a deeper, more restful state. Alternatively, you can sleep on your side with a pillow between your legs. We want to ensure nothing is bothering you, so make sure you’re not too hot or too cold. I’d also suggest using something with a little weight to cover your eyes, like a clean T-shirt or an eye pillow. That slight heaviness over the eyelids can make a big difference. Make sure to get your space ready and hit play when you’re all set to sleep.
