If you feel like your heart has been closed off lately,
And what I mean by that is that you can't seem to find the good,
And find yourself always complaining over the little things,
Finding everything and everyone annoying,
This practice is for you.
Or even if you already feel quite grateful and happy,
With an open heart,
This practice will enhance this feeling even more.
So you can softly,
Gently close these beautiful eyes of yours if you want,
Trying to keep the spine straight,
Without the need to overdo it,
Or create any strain,
As long as you're comfortable,
That's all that matters.
Taking a long,
Deep,
Luxurious breath in through your nose,
Fill up your lungs,
Hold here,
And a big exhale out.
Good.
Now let's take two more.
Slow deep breath in through your nose for me,
Hold here,
And a gentle exhale out.
Last one.
Deep breath in,
Feeling your chest rise and soak up the cool air,
Hold at the top,
And exhale out.
Feeling the warm air leaving the nostrils.
Good.
Now if you get distracted,
Or notice your thoughts are going everywhere during this practice,
Don't worry about it.
Your meditation practice is still a successful one,
Because your subconscious mind is still hearing every single word,
And deeply tuning in to the healing frequency of the music.
So the moment you notice you were somewhere else for a short moment,
Simply come back to your breath,
Listen to the music,
And know that it's okay,
And that you're doing this right,
No matter what.
Now on your next inhale,
Visualize a green light flowing in through your nostrils,
Expand your chest,
And the green light is getting to your heart,
Softly moving around your heart,
And enveloping it.
You notice the light is warming your heart,
Protecting it,
And nourishing it.
If you can't seem to visualize it quite yet,
That's okay.
Just bring your awareness to your heart.
Now deeply feeling these next affirmations in your heart center.
You can repeat them in your mind if that feels good,
Or simply absorb the vibration of every word.

Thank you for your ability to let me love and be loved.
Thank you for letting me express my deepest,
Truest feelings to others.
Thank you for letting me know when something is right,
Or wrong.

Now take a moment to think about someone,
Something,
Or pet that you deeply love.
The first person or pet that comes to mind is good.
No need to overthink it,
As long as it feels good.
I will leave you for a short moment while you visualize and feel the deep love for this person or pet.
Good.
Now it may bring some emotions to the surface and that's okay.
We are opening our heart center and it can feel vulnerable.
But you did a great job and I am so proud of you.
Make sure that you take all the time you need to journal and write about your experience if you need to after this practice.
It's now time for us to gently come back to the room.
You can do so by taking a deep breath in through your nose.
Feeling the cool air very softly waking up your body.
And as you exhale out,
Your awareness is coming back to your fingers,
Your toes,
Your limbs,
Your body.
Perhaps you might start noticing the sounds or noise from the external world.
Take all the time you need to come back.
And only when you're ready,
You can gently open your eyes.
