
Energy Cleanse Meditation

Notice how, when someone expresses anger, sadness, or excitement, we tend to feel it too? For no logical reason, we go on with our day carrying that same emotion. This happens because we are magnetic beings, absorbing and tuning into others’ emotions—even through social media. It leaves us feeling drained and depleted, when most of the time, these emotions aren’t even ours to carry. The good news is, we can remove this dense, negative energy and protect ourselves from taking on others’ emotions. Meditation offers a simple technique to cleanse your energy and aura. Practice this meditation anytime you feel energy, sluggish, and emotional ad want to release these heavier emotions to feel lighter in your body and mind.
