This beginning track is designed to practice tapping into the Quantum Now of creation. As we practice expanding and contracting in a state of presence we begin to tap into what is beyond the past, present and future. All is now in the Quantum Field.

I did this meditation in a noisy food court at the mall between Christmas and New Year’s:busy and loud. Left my eyes open the whole time to be here and now. Fun to focus on releasing my “self” and expanding my love energy connection. I went beyond universe to a no/place: peaceful and quiet and deeply satisfying. The second time I went into the earth below the mall and into the sky above the mall and felt the open circuit of energy flowing from and through everyone.
