Energy Center Flow I Meditation

Welcome! Today is a special meditation that came to me recently while lying in bed one morning. The idea came fully formed and I began playing with it. The response was almost instant. My Energy Centers *love* this meditation. What dancing to a great song does to me physically, this meditation does for my chakras.

Before beginning, make sure you know where your 7 primary energy centers are in you body.
