Welcome.
This meditation can be performed sitting,
Lying down,
Or even standing up.
There are alterations that can be made to this meditation.
Try the few that I mentioned here,
And then play with it and find your own.
During this practice,
We're going to flow the energy up and down our body in different ways.
Give your body a scan,
Taking note of any tension that might be present,
So that you may breathe into it and release the tension,
Starting from your head,
Your shoulders,
Your arms,
Torso,
Your hip and groin area,
All the way down your legs to your toes.
Allow yourself to be deeply,
Deeply relaxed.
I want you to take a moment and ground.
Imagine your energy flowing down to Gaia,
All the way to her iron crystal core.
This is the mother's love and the endless ability to transmute lower energy into higher.
Feel your energy deepening,
Merging,
Communicating,
Becoming one.
It's beautiful.
Now that you've established a connection and gotten anchored,
We begin with an active breath.
Not too strenuous,
But enough to enhance the rise and fall of your chest.
Take a few moments and find your rhythm.
Just enough force to be able to visualize flowing the energy up and down as we start in a few moments.
Good.
That's right.
Now that you can always adjust as needed.
Good.
Now imagine the way seagrass on the ocean floor flows in and out with the tidal forces.
When it's close to shore,
The grass can lay flat on the sand,
First in one direction as the wave rolls in and then in the other direction as the waters recede.
Now imagine each energy center has its own cluster of energetic tendrils.
We can flow these tendrils with attention and intention.
On the inhale,
Starting at the root,
We flow the energy up.
As it reaches each center,
The tendrils mix and flow,
Laying flat along the body like the wave over seagrass.
On the exhale,
The flow reverses with the tendrils standing upright and then laying flat,
Cascading down from the crown to the root.
That's right.
Now this metaphorical grass is the energy of each center as they come into coherence with each other,
Flowing back and forth,
Up,
Down our bodies.
Spend some time here,
Visualizing the delightful interplay of energy with each inhale,
Each exhale.
Expand your mind and awareness.
How does this make your chakras feel?
Play with this for a few minutes.
Yes.
Notice any sensations or emotions this flow of energy is producing.
Beautiful.
Now let's try something different.
On the inhale,
Flow the energy up from the lower three centers and at the same time down from the upper three centers,
Meeting at the heart center.
This is the energy of the body merging with the heart center.
On the exhale,
Flow the energy down the lower three energy centers and up the upper three,
Away from the heart center.
Yes.
The energy is merging within the heart space,
Blending,
Communicating,
Dancing in and out.
Play with this for a while.
That's right.
What are you feeling?
Take note of what comes up.
Any emotions,
Any sensations in your body.
Be aware of it.
Beautiful.
Play with this just a little while longer.
That's right.
Now return to your normal breath and just feel the energy settling.
This dance of the chakra flow is a lovely way to experience the energy of your body in new and different ways.
The more in tune and in touch we are with this energy,
The more we are able to communicate with our energy body.
As we wind down,
Know that this meditation journey is just that.
It's a journey.
You may have connected deeply during this practice or you may not.
The experiences we have during meditation are reflective of our spiritual journey.
Know that when you're ready,

And knowledge,
And experiences will appear.
