Greetings,
I'm Sabine Priestley and this is a practice for elevating your energy.
I'm an electrical engineer and I study bioenergetics.
By framing our reality within the context of energy we are able to perform alchemy of emotion and energy.
Before we begin I want you to maintain an awareness of your heart with the intention of opening to love more and more and more.
After we get you into a relaxed state we will begin the elevation process and that looks like this.
On the inhale you will intentionally elevate your energy.
Now for me this is a combination of two things.
I intend for my body's biofield to raise its frequency and I open my heart for love and assistance in this practice.
It feels like feels like a thrill.
It feels like excitement over something and honestly to me it feels like being touched by love.
It is a beautiful beautiful feeling.
I did this recently over and over.
I just wasn't peeking out.
I couldn't find that plateau and I found myself occupying my light body looking down on my physical body.
It was a very mystical experience.
I say this just to remind you that in the quantum realm the potentials are limitless and it's up to us to decide and explore where we want to go.
So again when I'm elevating it I'm intending my energy my frequency of my biofield to increase and at the same time opening my heart and inviting in assistance and inspiration.
Now we're all different so when we get to that during the meditation here in a moment feel free to pause and experiment and find your perfect way.
Okay I hope you enjoy today's practice.
Our first step is to ease ourselves into a relaxed theta state.
We can do this by becoming deeply aware of our slow rhythmic breathing.
Go ahead and start and as you breathe in notice the air as it flows through your nostrils and as you breathe out notice the slightly warmer air on exhale.
Now relax further with each breath.
Don't worry if your mind wanders just return your attention to your breath.
Take a minute here and continue focusing and relaxing.
What we want is the theta state and that's where your mind is active but for all purposes your body is asleep.

Take another breath or two releasing any remaining tension you may find your shoulders,
Your neck,
Your head,
Maybe in your torso somewhere.
Let it all go.
Your body is relaxed.
Your body is safe.
Your body is rejuvenating.
That's right.
Now become aware of your body's energy.
Recall that energy follows attention.
So briefly touch your focus on your heart opening to love and wisdom to enter.
Within your awareness recognize your chakras.
The root,
Sacral,
Solar plexus,
Heart,
The throat,
The third eye,
And the crown.
Know that there are energetic highways throughout your body from meridians to the extraordinary reach of the vagus nerve from toes to fingertips to the top of your head.
Your biofield encases all of you.
Now you don't need to know the details just be aware of the extraordinary energy being that you are.
Now let's begin.
Breathe in and elevate your energy.
At the top hold.
Resonate with that increased frequency.
Keep that resonance going.
On the exhale maintain your awareness of that increased resonance.
Then inhale.
Elevate,
Elevate,
Elevate.
Hold.
Keeping the resonance going as you exhale.
Beautiful.
Let's do it again.
You're going to breathe in.
Elevate,
Elevate,
Elevate.
Hold.
Keeping that beautiful higher frequency.
Exhale.
Maintaining your awareness on that increase.
Keeping the resonance going.
Then inhale.
Elevate,
Elevate,
Elevate.
Hold with resonance.
Keep that frequency up as you exhale.
Beautiful.
Now do that two more times.
Feeling into this experience.

I hope you were able to experience,
To embody,
To recognize the increase in energy during this practice.
I'm very curious as to whether or not you hit a plateau doing this.
Now take a moment and just hold gratitude for being able to do this.
We are amazing beings and we just let ourselves be.
Now an interesting note on this process.
I took you through a few minutes of getting you at least closer to a theta brainwave state.
But here's the interesting thing.
When you practice this,
And part of it is body awareness,
But when you practice this enough,
You will be able to do it in any situation.
A crowded room,
Tense encounter with a boss or another employee.
You'll be able to do this and totally shift what's happening.
With your heart open to love what's happening.
With your heart open to love and you elevate your energy.
Try it.
Please don't do it while driving,
But try it.
People,
Some people can recognize when you're doing it.
They don't know what you're doing,
But they know that something shifted.
