Integrating Your Connection To Gaia And Source

This meditation is intended to harmonize our energy centers while also expanding our connection to Gaia and Source. Through us, we bring the physical and nonphysical together in harmony and flow!

If you aren’t familiar with the energy centers, or chakras, I recommend doing my Connecting to the Energy Centers meditation first.
