Energy Center Flow II - Connecting With The Quantum Field

Welcome! Today is a special meditation advancing the concept we played with in Energy Center Flow 1. We will be doing a two phase practice. First, flowing the energy up to Source, then down to Gaia.

The second phase is anchoring in the information and energy we received during phase 1.

Before beginning, make sure you know where your 7 primary energy centers are in you body.
