Connecting with trust that is already inside of you.
Make sure that you're comfortable in your seated position.
You can always sit on a pillow or arrange your legs in whatever way feels good for you.
In each moment,
Always go as far as your breath allows.
Remember always doing what's best for your body and following your breath.
For these practices,
Your breath will be your guide.
And if you start to lose your breath in any posture or find yourself holding your breath,
You've gone too far.
Another option here is laying down if that feels more comfortable for your body.
Take some time to set yourself up in that way.
Okay,
Let's begin.
Start to bring your attention to your breath.
Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
And notice if you can feel the breath around the belly or if you're breathing more into your chest.
Start to bring your attention down to your belly,
Filling your whole belly with your inhale.
And exhale,
Allowing the belly to fall towards the spine.
Naturally breathe in and breathe out.
Notice if the belly feels like it's holding anything or if there's any space between your breaths.
And see if you can soften a little more around the belly and invite more ease into the breath.
Take another deep breath in and a deep breath out.
Again,
Inhale and exhale.
Start to bring your attention towards the chest and relax your chest.
Relax your shoulders and your head and keep breathing,
Softening the body,
Feeling your body in space and then bringing your awareness to the face.
Start to relax your face,
Your eyes behind the eyelids,
Your jaw relaxed,
Your tongue is relaxed.
Let the breath become more soft,
More natural.
Relax and soften the body and the face with your breath.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Allowing your lungs to fill up with air.
And as you exhale slowly through your mouth,
Imagining releasing any tension you might be carrying with each breath out.
As you continue to breathe deeply and evenly,
I'd like you to follow your breath with ease,
Imagining your breath has a color.
See the breath coming into your nose and travel all the way down to your lungs.
How would this look?
See the color spreading through your body.
See how your breath is nourishing your body with oxygen.
Feel the comfort of your breath taking care of your body.
While you're observing your breath,
Begin to notice the details.
Imagine you can feel the oxygen traveling through your body.
How would that feel like?
Where would you feel that?
How does it feel?
Is it warm?
Is it comforting?
Is it warm?
Or perhaps you feel a rushing sensation.
Whatever you feel,
Allow it to be there.
Observe it and open your senses fully.
As you explore the details of your inner environment,
You might notice that with each breath you take,
You're becoming more relaxed.
And imagine a warm,
Soothing light starting from the top of your head.
And with each breath you take,
This light begins to travel down through your body.
Feel this light as it moves down to your forehead,
Releasing any tension,
And leaving a sensation of calmness.
Allow this relaxation to spread to your eyes,
Your cheeks,
Your jaw,
And down into your neck and shoulders.
Feel the weight of any burden or stress just melting away.
And leaving your body and mind feeling lighter with every passing moment.
The warmth and the relaxation continues to flow down through your arms,
All the way through your fingertips.
You might notice a pleasant tingling sensation as the relaxation is developing for you,
Through you.
Let this soothing light continue its journey down to your chest,
Your abdomen.
Soften any tightness and allow your breath to flow.
Let it flow freely and naturally.
As the relaxation reaches your hips,
You might imagine a sense of comfort and releasing spreading through your legs,
Down to your knees,
Your calves,
And finally to your feet.
Your entire body is now emerged in this peaceful,
Tranquil state.
And you are ready to move even deeper into your subconscious mind.
In this state of deep relaxation,
Your subconscious mind is open and receptive.
You are in control,
Fully aware of your surroundings.
And able to guide your experience into the power to access your inner resources.
Your subconscious mind is like a vast ocean of possibilities.
And within it,
You have the power to access your inner resources.
Transform your beliefs and release anything that no longer serves you.
Now that you deeply relaxed and connected with your inner self,
You are ready to begin the journey towards connecting with your true self.
Connecting with trust.
You will see a path in front of you.
And you know this path.
It feels familiar and comfortable.
You know this path will lead you to yourself,
Your true self.
You will feel yourself moving and you will feel.
As you start walking on this path,
Slowly moving forward,
With every step,
You feel more confident.
And this feeling is expanding slowly.
Notice where you feel this in your body.
Concentrate on this feeling while you're still walking.
In the distance,
You will see someone there.
Although you cannot fully see who's there,
Deep down,
You know it's you.
It's your true self.
The version of you when you are fully connected to yourself.
Observe yourself from the distance.
Look into your body.
What do you feel?
Moving closer to yourself,
You will feel a shift in the body.
And perhaps it's a subtle feeling.
Notice it.
Let it in.
Invite it in.
And keep walking.
Feel with every step you take that your body will become more familiar with this feeling.
Observe yourself in the distance and notice your posture.
This is the posture of trust.
And your body will feel lighter and lighter,
Moving closer.
You will feel more comfortable,
More at ease.
Now you see yourself at arm's length away from you.
You stand before your true self.
Notice your face.
What do you see?
Notice all the signs of trust and connectedness in the version that is right in front of you.
How does it feel to see yourself like this?
Where do you feel that?
Feel yourself being drawn closer to yourself.
Look deep into your own eyes and feel the recognition.
Feel the recognition to connectedness,
To trust.
And allow this into your system,
Into your being.
Hug yourself.
Truly hug yourself.
Feel your body is connecting.
Communicating and becoming one.
Becoming the same.
And feel.
Allow trust in.
Create the pathways.
You are trust.
Feel all the memories where you created and gained trust over your life experience.
And let it light up.
Let it expand into your consciousness.
Feel all that trust at once.
Allow.
Feel a sense of peace coming over you.
Knowing you are trust.
Trust brought you this far.
Trust supported you throughout your whole life.
It was trust that was there all along.
Trust is such a big part of you.
And it was always there to guide you.
Feel it.
Connect with it.
Surrender to it and allow the body to create new pathways.
To connect to your endless source of trust.
Feel your body creating these pathways.
Where do you feel that?
Observe it and let it go again.
Leave it to the intelligence of your body to find the ways to incorporate.
Continue to create these pathways for you.
These pathways to trust.
And throughout your following days and weeks,
You will experience signs that these pathways are more conscious and accessible.
You will find your way to trust more easily.
You will connect with trust with more ease.
Take a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
Repeat this a few times.
Creating space.
Let this sit.
Let this sit with you.
And you can stay in this feeling a little longer or you connect with your body again by following my voice.
Feel your body again with consciousness.
With more space.
With more ease.
Knowing when you open your eyes later,
You will feel energetic and ready to experience the world with more trust.
Move with more trust.
Now feel your hands again and maybe move them.
Feel your arms,
Your shoulders,
Your neck,
Your head,
Your face.
Coming back into the body.
Coming back into today's reality.
Move your feet.
Wiggle your toes.
Do whatever feels right for you.
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
