Welcome to your 20 second activation to self-love.
You can do this practice while driving,
While sitting,
While laying down,
While walking.
At least the first part of the practice.
We're going to start with just a simple box breathing with affirmations.
The second part of the practice includes a self-love meditation,
Which I would recommend you not be driving.
Just in a place that is safe and maybe where you can rest your eyes.
As you begin to breathe consciously,
I want you to see if you can use your nose.
Using the nasal breath wave with your inhale and releasing through your nose.
Maybe even bringing your hands to your torso and your abdomen or crossing your arms across your body to give yourself a self-hug.
Today's breath is a box breathing.
We're going to start with five counts on each side of the box.
To begin,
Just take a giant breath in all the way up through your nose,
Expanding the belly,
The ribs and the heart and then releasing fully.
Breathing in for a count of five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One,
Now hold.
Five,
Four,
Three,

Now release.
Five,

Now hold.

Now inhale.
For a count of four,
Three,

For a count of four,

Now releasing for five counts.
Three,

Now hold at the bottom for five counts.
Two,

Inhaling fully all the way up,
Five counts.
And holding at the top,
Five counts.
Releasing fully,
Five counts.
And holding at the bottom,
Five counts.
Inhaling,

Now hold.
Five counts,
I am enough.
Now releasing fully,
I am worthy of love.
Now hold.
Today I choose me.
Inhaling,
Five counts.
I am loved.
Now hold at the top.
I am deserving of love.
Now release.
I am kind to myself.
Now hold.
Love flows from within me.
Breathe in.
I am beautiful inside and out.
Now hold.
I embrace my unique individuality.
Now release.
I deserve happiness.
Now hold.
I am whole.
Breathe in.
Everything I need is within me.
Holding at the top,
I am capable of reaching my goals.
Now release.
I accept myself unconditionally.
Now hold.
I am grateful for all that I have.
Take a giant breath in all the way to the top.
And a full release.
Breathing in again,
Breathe in all that you want to bring into this day.
Taking time to care for yourself,
Love yourself and accept yourself.
And as you exhale,
Releasing all the things that are preventing that from happening.
Maybe with your hands on your torso or across your chest or maybe still into that box breathing.
Here we are in this moment.
Strong,
Resilient,
Capable of love,
Capable of success.
And letting go of the past failures,
The past stresses,
The past anxieties that do not define you.
Today,
We're accepting ourselves and growing into a new day,
Into a new moment.
You are a work of art.
In this moment,
Feeling the heart beating.
Maybe even saying to yourself,
I am open to receive love.
I love this body that I was born with,
The love that I feel is all around me and within me.
I can overcome so many challenges with grace,
Ease.
I am exactly who I need to be and where I need to be in this moment in time.
I believe in myself today.
As you hold yourself here lovingly and nurturingly,
Letting go of the narrative of who you thought you were.
Who maybe others told you you were.
And stepping into this new day,
Letting go everything that doesn't serve you.
The words,
The emotions,
The feelings that do not push you along in momentum to your new day.
Stepping into the emotions,
Feelings and sensations of ease.
Releasing any need for suffering,
Releasing any shame and just allowing yourself to be blanketed in the universal love that is everywhere.
Finding balance and harmony.
And the power to change your world right here within this embrace and right within this activation of self-love.
This is a new day.
Mistakes may happen and contrast may exist in this new day.
But this is to remind you that you are on your path.
It is to remind you to prioritize yourself,
Radiate with confidence.
And positive people,
Loving people,
Loving experiences will come into your path as well.
You get to decide how you feel today.

And it flows deeply from within me today.
I honor my life path.
I also honor my limitations.
The only approval I need is my own and I love myself today.
I am enough.
I am so worthy to receive today.
