In this breathwork practice, you will be led through 3 rounds of 30 deep breaths. Each round you will progress from a 1-minute breath-hold to 2 minutes of retention. This practice will give you an opportunity to tap into the brain stem, hippocampus, and hypothalamus; increase the O2 in the body, and decrease toxins, bringing the blood to an alkaline state. This is a time of presence to be the observer while healing the mind.

Totally worked! Went in feeling super stressed and anxious. Made myself sit down before I acted. Post breathwork I still have awareness of the problem that needs attention- but now I have way more access to choices. Thank you Ryan!

Ryan I have been looking for this practice in insight timer. The timing and hold times are ideal for me. I’ll keep coming back.

Pretty good. The voice is a little difficult to hear over the music. Would suggest trying a calmer, relaxed tone, if that suits you and comes naturally. Grateful for the practicw 🙏

Having followed your other breathing meditations, I really enjoy this one without so much direction and talk. Allows me really to get into my breath and my body. Namaste.

Woah. This is my first time trying this kind of meditation and my head started to move by itself. This is so neat! I’ll definitely be doing more of your meditations.
