In this breathwork practice, you will be led through 3 rounds of 30 deep breaths. Each round, you will progress from 30 seconds of breath-hold to 90 seconds of retention. This practice will give you the opportunity to tap into the brain stem, hippocampus, and hypothalamus, increasing the O2 in the body, decreasing toxins, and bringing the blood to an alkaline state. This is a time of presence to be the observer while healing the mind.

That's okay.

You're doing so good.

Hang in there.

You got this.

If you need to breathe before I give the cue,

That's okay.

Breathe in deeply and hold it for 15 seconds.

Breathe in deeply and hold it for 15 seconds.

And release.

Don't you feel amazing?

Now you're able to tap in to the brain,

Tap into your highest power,

Tap into your immune system,

And you're able to find that healthy self within you.

That was kind of neat. I can't wait to try the next level๐Ÿ˜† this is an entirely different type of meditation than I'm used to doing daily.

Ryan, how do we explore/repair our physical/avatar space/dimension once we break thru that pesky ego state to our inner divine (aka higher self) that u just guided me to?

This has cured a headache three times so Iโ€™ll keep coming back to it even though I dislike doing the actual breathing exercise as I find it uncomfortable. Totally worth it. Perhaps Iโ€™ll learn to enjoy it.

The Wim Hof method was what I used when I first started incorporating breath work in my practice. Itโ€™s a great method. Thank you ๐Ÿ™

Love this! I shy away from breath work for some reason, so I sought this out. Now I use it as preliminary to my meditation. Thank you ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ

Challenging and interesting at the same time! But so very good, I feel so much more alert than I did before and I definitely felt alot of tingles and also felt like I both wanted to cry and laugh at the same time! So weird but so good! Will definitely be doing this again that's for sure! Thank you so much๐Ÿค—

Takes a while to get accustomed to the technique. But the overall effect of the meditation was good.

Powerful, rigorous, challenging, invigorating, so fascinating to witness my mind frantically wanting to fight for air to surviveโ€ฆ but by the last repetition I was able to sink underneath the panic, literally like sinking underwater and feel a sweet calm beneath the panic. I didnโ€™t make it even close to the time segments to hold the breath - perhaps because of a health condition I have called POTS but I thought, hell - it canโ€™t hurt - I will just give it a try. And yes, I felt grounded, alert, awake, alive by the end. Your language choices were both firm and supportive. That helped me too. Blessings my brother. Namaste ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ Amy
