This is a short self-love-boosting meditation to be used for morning momentum or any time of the day when you want to shift into ease and into love. Sounds of the forest and the song of the idiopan are used to increase peace and reduce stress and anxiety.

Grand rising friends,

Thanks for joining me today on your morning meditation,

Your morning affirmation meditation.

This is to embody love daily and to start your day with momentum.

As you're laying in bed or maybe you're sitting on your couch,

I invite you to maybe gently close your eyes or have a nice gaze outward.

Just something that's maybe not moving,

That's not going to call your attention too much.

With your eyes closed or lightly,

Lightly closed,

I invite you to take a deep breath with me.

Just breathing in through your nose and releasing slow.

Let's start the day with this slow movement of nurturing.

Breathing in,

The belly inflates,

The ribs expand,

The heart is going to lift just slightly and then you release slowly.

Slowly,

You might choose to roll your shoulders back on your next breath in or maybe even stretch out.

If you're starting this meditation first thing in the morning,

You might still be in alpha waves,

Which is one of the greatest times for us to manifest and to create the life in which we want to live.

If you're not quite there,

I invite you to turn your gaze upwards,

Maybe about a 20 degree angle behind your closed eyelids.

This eye position alone can bring you into alpha,

Into a more passive way of doing it.

We can do some dynamic meditation if you're already in alpha.

Invite you to slowly relax your body as you breathe,

Keeping your gaze turned upwards maybe about 20 degrees and allowing the energy to settle around you with each exhale.

You might relax your head first and then your shoulders.

Let a wave go down your body,

All the way down to your feet,

Relaxing your entire body as we begin to take a journey through our morning,

Embraced and embodying love.

As you breathe here,

Keeping your gaze turned upward or maybe you bring your hands to your heart.

Today I walk with love,

Moving through the world with an open heart.

You might say these words or just see them.

I speak the words of kindness to myself and others,

Knowing that love multiplies.

I create moments of stillness to reconnect with my heart throughout this day.

Maybe you take a moment right now to connect with your heart and say,

How are you feeling?

Emotional?

Informational?

Distracted?

Maybe broken?

Maybe happy?

Ask your heart how it's feeling in this moment and now take a breath in.

Now release right through the center of your heart.

I allow joy,

Peace and love to guide my every action today.

I am a reflection of the love I cultivate within myself.

As you hold your hands near your heart,

What are you cultivating?

Allow that to churn and to spin as you breathe.

Cultivating momentum,

Cultivating growth,

Cultivating other love that you can share.

Every interaction is an opportunity to share the love that overflows from my heart.

Love is not something I seek.

It's something that I embody.

My presence is enough.

My love is enough.

I am enough.

I honor my emotions,

Knowing they are sacred messengers of my heart.

I move through life with grace,

Trusting the flow of love.

My breath,

It is my guide,

Leading me deeper into love with every inhale.

Let's lead ourselves into love,

Friends.

Big breath in through your nose,

Belly inflating,

Ribs expanding.

Releasing love right through the center of your heart.

Let's do that again.

Breathing in all the way to the top.

Belly inflates,

Ribs inflate,

You're drawing energy up to that space 20 degrees above your eye line and then slowly releasing love right through the center of your heart with your exhale.

Love is my nature,

My birthright and my truest state of being.

Today,

I walk through this day carrying love as my dominant intention,

As my dominant feeling and should I come across anything that is contrary or contrasting to what I want to feel today,

I will thank it for showing up on my journey.

I will thank it for knowing that I want the opposite of that.

It is a reminder that I want the opposite of that.

I want love.

I will appreciate the contrast in teaching me.

However,

My dominant intention is love.

Let it be your dominant intention to carry yourself in love today.

Should something come in your way,

Thank it.

Let it be your dominant intention that no matter where you are,

Who you're with or what you're doing,

That your dominant intention today is love.

I am love.

Thanks for sharing love today guys.

I really appreciate you being a part of sharing and spreading love on this planet.

I'm so grateful we get to meet here every morning.
