Best feedback: I fell asleep! This was after hours of trying to quiet my mind, till at 2am I got up and did 2 hours work to reduce the pressure of what I had due and the associated thoughts. Then using this meditation I finally fell asleep! Next time, instead of working, I'll play this meditation to return to sleep.
