I’m devoted to helping people live with more balance, peace and ease in life; to feel “well” mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually and to bring their fullest potential to the world. I grew up in England and made Melbourne, Australia my second home after moving here 23 years ago with my husband and children. Through my training and experience as a Yoga instructor, Integrative Restoration® Meditation teacher and Self Esteem Mentor, I run courses, workshops and retreats that restore balance and harmony to people’s lives through the discovery of deeper levels of consciousness. I help people understand where inner conflict comes from and enable them to discover that despite the challenges in life it’s possible to live with compassion, acceptance and love for self and others.
