Make your way into a comfortable seat with the spine straight wherever you are.
Allow yourself to shift and fidget until you find a place of true comfort where you don't feel the need to focus on the body's posture.
Let your sit bones be heavy and rooted into your seat.
Let the crown of your head be light and lift up toward the sky.
Feel every vertebrae from the base of your spine through the crown of your head,
Stacking effortlessly on top of one another.
Let the muscles in your face soften.
Allow the jaw to hang heavy and feel how that draws down the rest of the muscles up your face,
The cheeks,
Eyelids,
Eyebrows,
And forehead.
Even allow the scalp to soften.
Let your breath travel in and out of your stomach,
Feeling the gentle rise with each inhale and the gentle fall with each exhale,
Allowing the eyelids to be closed softly.
Rest in the space behind the eyes.
Gaze into the backs of the eyelids.
Taste the inside of your mouth.
Smell the air entering your nose.
Feel your clothes in the air touching your skin.
Listen to the space you're in with your whole body,
Feeling each pore on your skin breathing.
Bring your awareness to your spine.
Trace your spinal cord from the space in between the sit bones,
Up the lower back,
Through the middle back,
In between the shoulder blades,
Up the back of the neck,
Through the brain stem,
To the crown of your head.
Allow your body to breathe by itself.
Let your awareness scan up the spinal cord each time the body inhales and down the spinal cord each time the body exhales.
Awaken this energy channel that runs up and down your spine.
Now visualize a tube of energy forming around your spinal cord,
Originating in the space behind the heart.
And watch as it spreads up and down,
Growing to encase the entire length of your spinal cord in this tube of energy.
Allow the tube to keep growing out of the root of your spine and out of the crown of your head.
The tube of energy grows so far down as to connect the base of your spine to the very core of the earth.
The tube also grows so far up that it connects the crown of your head to the heavens above.
Feel how secure you are up and down your spine.
Feel how supported you are.
Now notice a small light enter the very top of your energy tube and begin to float down towards you.
Feel the light about a foot above your head.
And notice the warming sensations radiating towards you.
As the light inches closer,
You notice there are beams of light coming out from every side so that it looks like a disc of light is right above the crown of your head.
This light is now absorbed into the crown of your head,
Awakening and cleansing the crown chakra.
And rest for a moment in the energy tube in the center of your mind,
Beneath the crown and above the nasal cavity.
Notice how the beams coming off of this light contact your third eye center.
Immediately activating and cleansing this energy center.
In a moment,
The light will continue to sink down your spinal cord's energy tube.
As it does so,
It will cleanse the body,
Removing any toxins and things that don't belong inside you.
As well as activate and cleanse each chakra it passes by.
Let the light continue to sink now.
Down your neck,
Activating and cleansing your throat chakra.
Down the upper spine between the shoulder blades,
Activating and cleansing your heart chakra.
As the light inches down your spine further,
Notice how this light magnetically draws and absorbs toxins and negativity from within your body.
Continuing down the spine,
Activating and cleansing your solar plexus.
Traveling down the lower spine to the sacrum,
Activating and cleansing your sacral chakra.
Sinking down further to the base of your spine and root chakra.
Watch as the light exits your body now,
Continuing to sink down the tube to the center of the earth.
Watching all the toxins from your body burn up in the fiery core of the earth.
Now notice a second clean light as it enters the bottom of your tube in the center of the earth and begins to float up towards you.
Feel this light about a foot beneath the base of your spine.
And notice any sensations radiating off of this light.
You notice light beams coming out of the sides of this light as well,
Forming a disk of light,
Now resting just beneath the base of your spine.
Allow your root chakra to absorb this light into your body,
Now resting in your pelvic region.
Restoring your root chakra to the natural state of trusting security.
In a moment,
The light will continue to float up your spinal cord's energy tube.
And as it does so,
It will continue to cleanse and activate anything the first light missed,
As well as restore your body and chakras to the natural state of trust and love.
Let the light continue to float up now.
Up the back of your pelvis and sacrum,
Light beams contacting and restoring your sacral chakra.
Further up the spine,
Restoring your solar plexus to the natural state of pure self-love.
Floating further up the spinal cord in between the shoulder blades at the back of your heart.
The beams contacting your heart chakra and restoring the pure sense of love that resides here.
Floating up the back of your neck,
Restoring your throat chakra to the state of honesty and truthfulness.
The light rising into the skull,
Up the brain stem,
Into the center of your mind,
Beams contacting your third eye center and restoring this chakra to the natural state of trusting intuition and freedom for pure imagination.
The light now rests for a moment in the crown chakra,
Restoring this energy center to have a clear connection to source energy.
Watch as the light exits your body and continues to float up your energy tube into the heavens.
Take a moment to sit and observe the sensations in your body.
Now notice a third fresh and final light make its way into the top of your energy tube.
Notice the light sinking down closer,
Now about a foot above the crown of your head.
Notice any sensations radiating from this light.
Watch the light come to rest on the tip of your head and then be absorbed by the crown chakra,
Immediately aligning this energy center with pure love and light from heaven.
Let this light rest for a moment in the center of your mind as the beams contact your third eye,
Aligning and charging this energy center with heavenly love.
In a moment,
This third and final light will begin to sink down your body in the tube of energy around your spinal cord.
As it does so,
It will continue to cleanse and restore anything missed by the first two lights,
As well as realign your body and chakras with pure love and light,
Energizing and charging every cell in your body.
Now allow the light to continue to sink down,
Down the skull into the back of the neck,
Aligning and charging your throat chakra.
Down the upper spine,
Realigning your heart chakra with unconditional love.
Down the spine further,
Aligning and energizing your solar plexus.
Down the sacrum,
Aligning your sacral chakra with pure love and joy.
Down to the base of your spine and root chakra,
Aligning this with love,
Trust,
And safety.
Now watch as this final light exits your body,
Continues to sink down,
And is consumed by the core of the earth,
Feeling the warmth radiating back up towards you.
Now watch as the ends of your tube of energy begin to coil back towards your body,
Curling into itself,
Shrinking down closer and closer to where it originated,
At the back of your heart center.
Trust that this tube of love and energy is always within you.
At any point you may return to this practice,
Open up your energy tube,
And receive gifts of love and remembrance from the earth and heavens.
Take the next few moments to sit in silence and observe the sensations throughout your body,
Allowing this practice and its messages to soak into your subconscious.
Trust that you have done everything that was needed of you,
And this practice has worked to cleanse,
Restore,
And realign your body,
Mind,
And soul with that of pure and unconditional love.
Trust that these messages are deep within your subconscious,
And will be guiding your thoughts and actions to always align with the highest good.
When you are ready,
Bring your hands to prayer at heart center.
Gently bow your head to your highest self,
And thank yourself deeply for taking the time for this healing practice.
