Meditation on giving.
Om Shanti.
Om means I am a soul and Shanti means peace.
I am a peaceful soul.
I am a being of light energy.
Invisible.
Tiny.
Just a point.
But powerful.
Aware.
And eternal.
And through changing my awareness and understanding the power that I have inside,
I become a world transformer.
I am a powerful agent for positive change.
A subtle energy.
Radiating good wishes.
Sometimes I get caught up with the external drama.
I may look for instant solutions.
But in moments of stillness,
I remember that we are all living conscious energy.
And I know that until I put positive energy into something,
Then no positive transformation can happen.
And if I think calmly,
With kindness and courage,
These energies fill me with strength and so no matter what I am going through,
I can bring these energies to myself.
I can change my life by the way I think.
I value my life and I appreciate my contribution to the world.
My awareness creates vibrations.
Positive,
Powerful vibrations.
I am a generator.
I am not sitting here temporarily.
This planet is my eternal theater.
So let me increase my regard for the environment.
I create feelings of abundance.
But I check that I am focusing on what is essential and not that which is wasteful.
I see myself as a trustee.
Like a guest.
Careful and grateful for all the Earth's resources.
Then I declutter my mind.
I can see more clearly what's going on in the world and then I can feel part of an amazing global family.
We are all souls.
I can act accordingly.
I can see the connection between myself and others and the environment.
I can feed the soul through these beautiful thoughts.
Thoughts of calmness.
Kindness and courage.
I am sending vibrations to the world and I feel a rapport with other souls.
These things are subtle and invisible but the experience is very real.
Time alone spent in reflection and meditation gives me the strength and wisdom to deal with life in a more positive and peaceful way.
To be a true global citizen.
And be mindful of the impact of my choices.
Om Shanti.
Thank you.
