Grounding and protection practice to support your well-being and energy field. Staying grounded is the ability be in our power when life is happening and chaos can appear. This practice will support you daily remembering that there is no need to worry or fear but to be present to now and stay calm and present. This practice will give you that grounding you need and can be used at any point in the day.

Good morning,

Hi I'm Rose for those that don't know me and welcome to this grounding practice today.

Just before we start I just want to clarify about grounding.

Grounding,

We're not getting triggered by the outside world,

We're not reacting to the outside world,

We're not in our headspace.

So grounding is about being connected to the present and connected to our whole being,

To our spirit,

To our heart and just being still within that.

Like grounding is not a place of fear,

It's a place of safety,

Security,

It's a place of knowing,

It's a place of self-love.

So today we're just going to do just a general grounding practice for you because it's very easy for us to send our energy elsewhere and get caught up in life.

So when you are ready,

We're taking in a deep breath,

Closing your eyes and just gently breathing out,

Breathing out the day,

Maybe giving a sigh and allowing the body to relax.

Taking in another deep breath through the nose,

Very important and breathing out and as you breathe out just start to feel the shoulders now and the back muscles relax,

The tummy relax.

Taking in another deep breath and just allowing yourself now to connect as the rest of the body relaxes,

Feeling that pelvis relax,

The thighs,

The knees,

Your feet.

Taking in another deep breath and now visualizing roots coming out from the soles of your feet,

Connecting to the earth.

Feel the grass underneath your feet,

Start to feel that connection,

Feel the softness of the earth as your roots start to grow stronger and stronger,

Going deeper and deeper into the earth.

Just feel her presence,

Feel that connection,

Start to see those roots going further down,

Thickening as you approach the core of mother earth and see in the center of the earth is a beautiful black obsidian crystal,

Just sparkling away,

Just allowing your roots now to connect in through the energy,

Just traveling up through the roots and start to see and feel the tingling sensation going up your roots.

Obsidian is a truth enhancing stone,

A protective stone,

So feel that energy now coming up into the soles of the feet,

Going right through the body,

The thighs,

Up for the torso,

The throat,

Down the shoulders and the arms,

Up into the head and just piercing the crown as that beautiful obsidian energy envelopes you,

It starts to form a shield around you,

Around your auric field.

Just start to connect in with this energy,

This shield will protect from negativity,

It blocks psychic attacks and it will absorb the negative energies from the environment.

So just start to feel that energy now combining with yours as it draws out that mental stress and tension that you've been holding.

Just feel yourself now connected,

Feel yourself grounded to the earth,

Grounded in your spirit,

Grounded in your heart and when you are ready,

Opening your eyes.

Thank you so much for joining this practice and if you keep doing this every day it will become a natural thing to do and play with it,

It might be there some days that you will have a different color crystal but this is a really good one to just start with for your grounding practice and protection every day.

Just start to make that your daily practice.
