Welcome to today's meditation.
The meditation is going to open you up into deeper parts of the self.
Letting go of the self or our identification of what we believe is self.
So when you're ready,
Just find yourself comfortable in a nice seated position.
Making sure that you are running with quiet space and you won't be distracted.
Deep breath in through the nose.
And we release.
Closing down the eyes,
We inhale to the present and we release.
We inhale,
Deep position,
Taking a breath right through into the body.
Release.
You need to do this.
Allowing the breath now to flow as natural as possible.
Allow that breath to relax the body.
So please bear in mind that thoughts will happen,
Thoughts will come.
As long as we focus on the breath,
The in and out flow,
Then you will be able to surrender and let go.
Again,
Coming back to the breath.
And we start first by bringing into our heart space,
The breath awareness.
In and out.
Breath awareness now down to our sacral chakra,
Just below the belly button.
And we breathe in and out,
Bringing it into the womb space.
And we visualise the roots flowing out from the soles of our feet down into the air.
And as these roots go down,
They expand.
They go deeper and deeper.
Thicker and thicker as they spread out.
And we come to the core of the earth and we feel that love of the earth.
Pure divine womb energy from the mother.
We breathe that energy up through the roots,
Up into the soles of our feet,
Right through the body.
And back down.
Then we inhale.
Bring the earth energy up,
Stick around this physical body.
And one more round of breath in,
Deep,
The ground,
This physical body.
Down into the air.
And I want you to focus your energy now,
Just on your name.
As you breathe,
Start to feel your name slowly disappear.
What your name means,
The way that people say your name.
Allow it to dissolve,
Visualising it like beautiful white light.
And then into sparkly dust.
And evaporating away.
Feel it now from every cell of your body.
Being released.
And then we allow the name to dissolve.
Have a sound of your name.
To dissolve.
We come in to the energy of those labels.
And inhale and release and let go.
Of an identity to the roles that we have played.
The roles that we still continue to play.
Release all the labels and let go.
Letting go of the mother role,
The daughter role,
Sister role,
Father role,
Grandmother role,
And so forth.
Just watch them dissolve as you release with the breath.
And you let go.
So we're lightless now,
And over you,
So the heart lightens as you're breathing into that space and the wings fix.
Feel it light up.
As we let go of all the sleeps.
Feeling them,
Seeing them dissolve.
All the numbness.
And we let go of the attachments now to the I.
The I in this,
And I in that.
We're just being released and let go.
And we surrender.
We're brilliant.
We're not good enough.
Not good enough.
All the stories and beliefs that we hold about ourselves that make us feel good,
Or make us not feel good,
And we dissolve every single one.
Coming into the space of freedom.
Really feel the release of the attachment.
And you may feel some resistance here,
So stay with the breath.
And on the out-breath,
Just release that,
Knowing that you are safe to do this,
That it is time for you to remember.
Let go.
And you let go of some of the years of yourself,
And light up.
And now,
In awareness,
In tune,
Pleasant movements of thoughts.
Your position in life,
Where you think you should be,
The talents you have,
The gifts you have.
The security that you've built up on yourself,
Around yourself.
Release that.
See if you can all look at this.
And let it go.
And as you breathe,
Surrender.
And blow to the breath.
Feel the awareness now,
Really.
And into that space.
Feeling that from within.
Taking notes,
Releasing any attachments there.
See them dissolve.
And now,
Visualizing the place where you stay.
And seeing what does dissolve and dissipate up.
See your clothes,
Items that you have bought,
That you believe are yours,
And that you own.
Just see them all just disappear as you let go.
Releasing music,
Art,
Books,
Anything that you may have created.
Just let go of all that attachment.
And release.
Breathe with the breath.
And you are safe.
You feel lighter and lighter.
Letting go of all of our attachments.
Letting go of our tears,
Allow them to flow.
And just see if one magic will dissolve,
Or maybe just blow,
And sparkle the way.
Give them permission to let go as they dissolve.
And now we come into that part of our being that identifies with the sex agenda.
And loosen the grip.
And breathe and let go.
And just trust this process.
Really feel that being released from the heart space,
From the womb space.
See your grip just loosen away.
Free yourself up from all identification.
And now let's release the body,
The physical self.
Big breath.
See that physical body just disappearing,
Becoming light.
As your physical body dissolves,
You feel like you become the light.
And breathe into the emotional body.
And we allow the emotional body now to dissolve.
See floating away,
Dissolving,
Disintegrating,
Dispersing into the loving.
Feeling lighter,
Feeling freedom.
And release the mental body.
So we dissolve in the mental body.
Then disappearing,
Dispersing into the little sparkles.
And we feel like magic just blows those sparkles,
You're releasing and letting go.
And feel yourself become so light,
Feel the nothingness in you,
That is for you.
And we release this subconscious mind,
It dissolves that part of our being.
All of that now lights up,
Splashing.
So more and more of that influence,
The vision that fills the space.
And now release the unconscious.
See that part of the mind dissolve.
There's no unconscious.
We are released.
Now breathe.
And take the awareness into the conscious mind,
As we breathe,
Release and let go.
And bow.
Your safe and it glows.
Give yourself permission to breathe in deep freedom and emptiness.
And now,
Conscious mind,
See it dissolve.
And into the nothingness.
Release the identity to being spiritual,
To the higher self,
To the guides and the masters.
Release all of that right now,
Come into being.
Be that whole,
Just melt away.
Dissolving.
Let go of everything we have spoken of and come into the nothingness.
What do you feel?
And we breathe into the nothingness.
You are empty,
There is no need,
No attachment.
We feel a union within.
Now,
Bring in your awareness back,
Slowly.
We come back to the breath.
We come back to the body.
Bringing with us,
Thinking and freedom embodied within this physical self.
Just taking a deep breath now.
Into the body.
Bringing your awareness to the breath.
And the space.
And when you are ready,
Just open your eyes.
