So before I share this poem with you,
I just wanted to tell you what happened as I was preparing.
The chariot card fell out,
Like where I jumped actually,
And I love it when that comes out and for me that message is about movement and you moving forward with courage,
Breaking free of the old restraints and aligning with your true direction.
So I offer this poem as an invitation for you to release the fears that bound you to reclaim the parts of your soul that have always belonged to you and I ask that as you listen you allow the words to become your breath,
Your release,
Your reminder that you are whole and safe.
So take a moment here with me and just breathe.
Just scanning your body,
I want you to notice where you may feel that you are holding on or notice what you're holding on to.
Can you feel that in your body as you scan from the crown right down to the face and the jaw and neck and shoulders,
The chest,
The arms,
The hands,
Your upper back,
Maybe your lower back now,
The abdomen,
Pelvis,
Hips,
Buttocks,
Thighs,
Knees.
Gently scanning down to your calves and shins,
The ankles,
Feet and toes and just be aware,
Just ask your body,
Do you feel a sensation,
What it is that it might be holding right now and take a breath.
Let that breath into any tension and as you exhale,
Just offer the word,
I release you and so now I offer this poem,
These words that came through for our monthly reset.
Breaking free,
Layer by layer,
Each story unfolds as she breathed into fear that once took hold.
With each exhale she slowly released the grip,
The fright,
The pain once unleashed.
Each moment brand new as she stepped through,
Using movement and sound to support breaking through.
Sacred breath that unleashed the binds,
The restrictions and stories held in her mind.
Each breath,
Each moment she got to let go,
To come home into belonging that was deep in her soul,
To breathe new life,
To feel safety again.
It was always there,
Beneath each layer of lies and delusion that kept her in fear.
She broke free at last with kindness and care,
Courage her sword and patience her life.
I ask you this,
Are you willing to release and let go of your fears and come home to peace?
Will you step away from this place that takes up space and set yourself free so you can be?
Take a breath,
Shake it out,
Write it down,
Scream it out.
Each one a blessing to release and let go,
But also to reclaim those parts of the soul.
The parts that got lost,
The parts that were forgotten.
Will you dare to reclaim or rise into you?
Or will you stay small and hidden away?
In corruption,
Delusion and forced conclusion,
This so-called life that has become an illusion of heartbreak,
Betrayal,
Mistrust and fear.
Will you take this moment and shift your gear to listen to your heart and let love dissolve these fears?
Come back to safety in the truth of who you are and trust in the journey.
There is nothing to fear.
Remember you're whole,
Wherever you are.
You're not what the world has labelled you by far.
You are love.
You can choose peace.
So breathe to this moment.
And now release.
So breathe into this moment.
And now release.
