Jennie is a divine spirit having a human experience with a personal history of perseverance and recovery. Jennie discovered her circumstances led her directly to a healing based upon a deep spiritual journey. Over the course of her life, it seems those circumstances came in steady waves: sexual assault, violence, addiction, and stroke with paralysis. But, each layer of these circumstances deepened her spiritual practice. Jennie’s passion for healing, service and recovery led her to open Rooted Yoga & Wellness Studio. She believes that when we consciously begin to allow our energy to flow and to connect with the greatest energy of all, love, we can heal.
