Moving down through your arms to your elbows,
Your forearms,
Your fingers.
Feeling the energy between your palms.
Feeling the energy in your palms.
Are you holding a ball of light?
Do you feel a gentle hover of energy?

Tuning into the palms and the fingertips.
Bringing that awareness back up through the arms to the neck and the throat.
Getting into the jawline,
Allowing the jaw to soften,

Filling your aura,

Almost sensation like it just rained,
